Amazing view , friendly staff , top spot , thanks

I stayed here as I had been assaulted and robbed and didn’t feel safe at home. I needed somewhere SAFE and QUIET to rest and recuperate. I paid out my backside for a HIGHFLOOR so that I felt safe that nobody could get to me and when I arrived I was on LEVEL 1….NOT exactly what I’d call HIGH FLOOR!!! Not sure why I paid about an extra $100 for that extra security!!!! Then, there’s a new High Rise being built right in front of the place! They start work BEFORE 7am!! Then, there’s the work being done ONSITE around the pool (my room was above the pool, of course!!!) This work starts at 7am SHARP! A truck pumping constantly, gurney guns, men’s voices!!! Was a terrible stay, especially for the price and my needs! If all of this noisy work is going on, potential Clientele should be made aware BEFORE they book their accomodation, this is just decietful!! Thanks Mr Fanning! Will NOT be back!

Amazing view. Very dirty and a little dated. Also note that there is no "service" so no change of sheets, no new towels and only ONE toilet roll for the entire stay of 7 days.

Venue was great but I would book direct in future as description on Wotif wasn’t accurate. Very friendly and convenient. Beautiful view. Kid friendly.

The receptionist was so welcoming and helpful. The view from our apartment was amazing. The amenities were all as described.

Unfortunately the cleanliness of the property was not great. There was extra furniture left in the apartment that didn’t fit or was needed e.g extra dining chair. The 2nd room wasn’t actually a bedroom, it only had a divider up to make it look like a second bedroom. There was a lot of personal belongings that the owners had left which made it feel less like a hotel and more like you were staying in someone else’s house which made us feel uncomfortable. The view was incredible and the pool was great! The staff were all so beautiful!

The view from the first floor 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the pool & ocean was fantastic. Very enjoyable having drinks on the private balcony. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The overall condition of the apartment was poor and rundown, there was damage to all walls and furniture and the rooms had an awful, stale smell. In addition both bathrooms were covered in mould and smelt like what I could only describe as the smell of vomit. Definitely not the 4.5 stars it was advertised as.

Amazing penthouse 3 bedroom apartment on 9th floor. Incredible 270 degree views of entire coastline and hinterland. Very spacious and comfortable. Huge kitchen. Powerful showers. Laundry facilities in the room very handy. Would DEFINITELY return. The husband and wife Manager team were extremely helpful and informative.

On the photos this looked great. Nice modern furnishings and lovely views. We got fantastic views, but the furnishings where old and all scuffed. The cleaning was another problem when I went to wash up I got out the tray with the dish rake on it only to find it filthy. Also got a fresh doona out of the cupboard and it was very stained so it went straight back in. We tried to vacuum the floors it was also filthy and only work for about one minute. I have certainly learnt not to rely on any photos.

Really nice ocean front unit 6 floors up. Spacious and comfortable. Almost everything you need bar a couple of little gripes. No face clothes, no spare rubbish bags, no salt and pepper. Also could use a little bit of a spring clean. Lots of bugs in the light coverings and on the pull down blinds. Also pulled out the sofa bed to find the sheet had some small stains suggesting it hadn't been changed for our stay. Overall decent stay but for $300 per night those little things could be improved upon.

The apartment we stayed in was amazing, with views of the beach. The staff were polite, courteous and nothing was any trouble. Will definitely stay again, central to cafes and early morning walks along the beach. Can highly recommend the Kirra Surf Apartment

Top middle apartment had absolutely breathtaking ocean views. Apartment had everything we need and nice separate of kids bedroom to main suite. Suited our family perfectly.
