Excellent location, pool, breakfast. Pet-friendly. Walls are thin, I think.

The stay at red roof inn was very pleasant. Rms nice & clean. Owners were very kind.

Our room was adequate to our needs although when “cleaned” the sheets were not washed and that was the only The bed was made and that was it. The bed was still very comfy and the area was pretty nice around the hotel.

The only thing that was remotely likeable here was the location, breakfast ok. Gravy, biscuits, eggs & sausage were slightly warm. The biscuits were hard. The fruit cups were warm, instead of cooled. My family rented 3 rooms. Motel was dirty & nasty. Stains on the walls, paint mis-matched. Water spill on floor that was cleaned up left towel black. Rooms stunk, bought air freshener to tolerate the stay. 2 rooms had to request new sheets because of yellow stains & hair on the sheets. One room mattresses on both beds were box springs & hard. Stains on the comforter & pillow cases. Toilet clogged, had buy a plunger. Refrigerator frozen over & couldn't cool drinks. Ice machine not working, had to get ice at front desk. Drawers in dresser stunk, couldn't use. Half of lights didn’t work. No extra trash bags. No plugs by the bed. Only showers in the room. Told couldn't leave pets alone, ridiculous for a vacation trip.The room above had weak floors, could hear walking & the creaking, fear of them crashing through the floor into my room. The outside area needed mowed. There was trash all over on the grounds, including beer cans. The smoking area trash can was overflowing, so therefore attracted flies & make it difficult to sit & smoke. I took pictures of the all the disgusting things there. And, I took pictures as I was leaving, to show the room wasn’t left in a mess.

Disgustingly dirty! Floors in the room left your socks black. The sheets were stained and had loose hairs all over them when we first pulled the blankets back. Entire hotel smelled of mildew. Half the lights in the room did not work. Several electrical outlets only worked if the overhead lights were turned on. Water for a shower was like warm at best.

The carpet smell in the hallway on all floors it is to hot for the ice machine to be broken. They only put 1 roll of tissue in the bathroom no towels I had to ask for towels everyday. The room had a musty smell

Room was clean. Room attendant Varsha did a great job. Front desk staff was friendly. Plenty of cameras inside property makes you feel safe.

This is a older hotel and therefore did need some cosmetic repairs in our bathroom but for the price we could easily overlook that. The room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, yogurt, muffins, cereal, bread for toast. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice place to stay. Close to 76 country boulevard and amenities. Staff is friendly, my room was clean, shower had great water pressure and was hot immediately. The breakfast was good, with multiple items including a waffle maker. Pool wasnt open during my stay but was schedto open the following week. (May 24th). This will be my go to hotel whenever i visit Branson.

Loved it.

I was skeptical at first due to being on the yellow route. But it was convient with everything in walking distance. The room was clean and had lots of room. The beds were super comfortable and I will definitely be booking again with them when we go over there again

Been going here for years , always a very friendly staff, clean , dog friendly with a nice grassy areas for the fur babies, easy access to everything, good complimentary breakfast , always have a good stay here and I always return when I go to Branson

Nice and clean room-showed some signs of wear, but does not matter- being able to bring my dog for free made up for it for sure. Hotel was quiet, had a good continental breakfast with waffles and very tasty coffee. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Awesome place to stay 10/10 recommend.

This Is Our Favorite Hotel in Branson. Not far from shopping shows or restaurants.

Loved the location, staff, breakfast, enormous towels. Had issue with the outlet by the bed not functioning.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, at the end of the three night stay i was very tired from not resting well.

Stay was really good. The service was good and the workers were good people. See you in the spring 2024. We stayed 2 or 3 times this year. And are well pleased.

Very clean but need more towels in room when more people in the room

I like the pool and the staff was wonderful. My cat stayed free which is nice. The only thing was we did not have a tub in our room, just a shower. But breakfast was good too!

Good location. Dated but fairly clean. Lack amenities in the room .e.g., lack of lamps on the night stand ( they provide a cheap florecent light over the headboard, but when the light switch is off, the ac outlet by the bed is also off making over night charging not possible near the bed). The water pressure in the shower is low. They have a nice small outdoor pool. No freshly brewed coffee, instead they provide a coffee machine in the lobby that dispenses coffee that tastes like instant coffee. What I am getting at is they try to save money where they can. It's lower priced but lacking amenities.

I wasnt too thrilled with this hotel. The host was more worried about informing me not to stain the towels from soda yet when i got in the room when we got there there was stain on the cover. Not thrilled about slamming doors first thing in the morning. Definitely wont be staying there again.

It was dirty..n smelled bad. They need to update. And painting would help...uneven floors. It was dog friendly..thats nice but i have a dog and two cats. And my house never smells like that.
