I booked a double bed room in this property during the peak period and but when we arrived at the property, we were given a single bed. The pictures are not true to the room pictures… There was absolutely no decoration/furniture etc in the room except for a small fridge, and inbuilt wardrobe. The room and toilet was pretty spacious and clean one of the staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. Another staff was not the most friendliest. They also do not accept card for car booking etc. Food was pretty decent and they have a decent amount of choices But in general, I think the the hotel does not feel like a 3 star hotel. I would give it 2 stars rather than 3. I don’t think that the hotel cost was very cheap either when we booked it since it was the peak period but nonetheless, the property shall not lie to its customers of the insides of the hotel. The only good thing about the hotel is that the area is very convenient and walking distance to the Patong beach, Bangla District etc. There are also really good food options in the same district as the hotel.

I cant find the words I book the room last may for feb I plan this holiday last 8 months 1 st feb it was time we happy go to hotel they said no room they cancelled but we don't know 1 week before I call the hotel.com I ask everythink ok confirmed ? they say no proplem confirm go and pay on the hotel but we got a night mare they no reason cancel middle of the night we try find the stay some where bad bad bad

Great hotel with staff,location ahd comfort.Only card holder electrical systems should be renewed.

The condition of bathroom was really terrible. Too smelly . For 4 days 3 nights stay we were provided with only one small bottle of shampoo and one small bottle of shower gel.

The wash basin was cracked there was a door missing from the shower cubical there was no fridge it took us a few hours to get this we were only here 2 days when they brought it it was stained brown could not put food in it. The place was dirty things still in bin from last person ect. The pictures you show are of a room but not the room you get when you arrive I would not recommend to any one No coffe or tea making in room at all. You had to walk to the back alley to get in where there is no security and doors open all night

If you want a comfortable stay, cheap price not choose here

Didn’t get room which I booked. Room they given has no fan air conditioning not working properly only one one light in room. I booked standard room, they forcefully given backpackers room for first night. Next day they changed room but there was always problem of hot water, no force to shower, terrible experience

I hope the toilet floor easy to dry after use, have a notice said please do not disturb

Overall I had a very nice 3 weeks at Armoni. The best thing about this hotel was the price and the location. Outside the hotel are many nice restaurants with good and cheap Thaifood. The hotel is also far back in a quit street. 100 meters to the beach and short walking distance to Bangla road and shopping centre. The few negatives was my room was one of the older and cheaper ones. The drapes was also very light, so sunshine woke me up in the morning. Also the room wasn't that clean. And no tag to hang on the door if you wanted to sleep in.

Weve been beaten! When we booked the room, the photos were a modern, comfortable, nice room. After our booked, the hotel changed all the photos. New photos are much worse. The new room is below average. Very old, not comfortable and dangerous (electric cable in the bath).The room was actually even worse. The room reservation included a refrigerator, safe ... These are not! The staff was not helpful, they were very rude with us. We are disappointed. The staff told us what to call because he did not help. They did not solve our problem. The room was terrible. They beat us, they slammed us, they ruined our vacationThe breakfast was every day same.

Hotel is good if you are looking for a cheap place to stay that is close to the beach. Bathroom in the rooms are very nice, but the room itself was very boring looking. Bed was fine. Very close to the main areas of Patong beach and steps away from the beach.

But from looking over the photos I wasn’t sure whether this was the case as it also said with balcony which I didn’t get.The room was huge, you could easily have fit two king size beds in. No coffee or tea was provided in the rooms but came with a kettle and cups. It was very white which unfortunately showed up lots of marks which made it seem a little unclean and there was a huge pink stain on one of the curtains. Great location for the beach and Bangla Road and they offer taxi service at reasonable prices.

small mix up of rooms at the start as hotel wass not fully informed of type of rooms being booked by hotel.com. caused a dely asa staff wass trying to accomodate us. room was clean, not much of a vieww. bathroom shower holder was damaged and no locked door for the toilet and no door for the shower area. Foggy glass is all that divides the toilet from the room. Beds were comfortable.WiFi kept disconnectiong and was slow.Overall excellent value for money and great location

Nice hotel close to the beach and everyway. Hotel staff very help.

The hotel was not as advertised. We got a backpackers room which was simply advertised as being a smaller room. Wrong. It was down an alley. Unclean. The hotel staff were less than friendly. The only redeeming quality was the great location.
