There no elevator, we were on the 3rd floor. The room was clean and the sheets crisp but extremely small. The bathroom was cramped.

I had to take the wet towels myself out of the door while there were no plastic bag in the room and no bag for garbage. I asked the receptionist and replied she does not know where yo ding the plastic bags. The breakfast was not hot and the coffee was not good at all. This hotel is a youth hostel but in a very high price. The pool had all 3 days lots of hair. And the towels were not available at the pool but we had yo ask the receptionist for them and unlock the pool door. Why all this trouble?

the sink was clogged. we reported this to reception. Someone unclogged it but didn't clean anything. When we returned there was also a smell of sewage. in addition, he charged us 200 dollars upon our arrival as a deposit... we do not know if this was refunded to us

Old Quebec downtown 200m below Frontenac very traditional historical look of town amazingly very quiet though sewerage repairs on streets on going due to recent floods our studio suite room is 495 sq meters huge equipped with kitchen ver clean but small ordinary 4 piece bathroom comfortable 2 queen beds very much separated not like ordinal room with beds side by side with rates excellent very quiet air conditioning and thermostat is new and very comfortable noise free Concierge/reception lady is very friendly and funny, easy to talk to and give us a lot of info of towns. french restaurant is tasty and openly casual.

Hotel du Nord was a wonderful location with friendly staff would made our stay a wonderful two days

Nice area and I got to see other neighborhoods besides just the old city.

Honestly rooms are tiny, had a weird smell in the room when we entered, sink barely drained, bugs in bathroom, beds were not comfy - could feel the springs. Staff were great, breakfast area was nice and lots of seating options

We booked a room in this hotel through hotels.com When we got there we waited patiently for the front desk host to take care of 2 other guests The guys in front of us in the line mentioned that there was a problem with their reservation and moved to a side. When we got our turn, the front desk lady had our reservation printed. But moved us to a side to resolve some unspecified computer problem She then proceeded to book the other guests and gave them a room Then she put us through with her boss who apologized for not having a room to accomodate us. He made efforts to get us to another hotel that we had to pay for, and our reservation was refunded promptly. The other hotel was slightly more expensive and offered no breakfast which was something that we valued from our original booking with Hotel du Nord. Long story short, we had to go to another hotel, got delayed in the Hotel du Nord for over an hour at midnight and got nothing for the troubles. I will not come back

Quiet, Park easy

Unfortunately we got the worst room in this hotel. Weird structure, windows sealed with no view outside, A/C dripping, small bathroom, dirty, smelly, outdated cabinet, kitchen sink, small and slippery tub, smelly cortines, molded tiles. Horrible bathroom. And not solution from staff. People rude except the nice lady from Camerún.

I parked my car at the Hotel and came back later to complete the check in since I arrived early.

Clean and facilities are good

Very small clean room. Comfortable bed. Good service at check in. Free parking. Not much near by for food. Breakfast was ok. Toast, fruit, hard boiled eggs, cheese. Good value for the money.
