Nice hotel for sleeping

Not only did the room smell like it had been smoked in constantly, but it was also incredibly noisy. I could hear everything going on at night, which made for a very unpleasant stay.

The facilities are old. We got stuck in the elevators which are barely moving and doors had to be forcefully opened. Kids are afraid from elevators since then. The lower floor (-1) where the Jim and kids play room was always smelly from trash. Not enough sittings chairs near the pool during peak hours.

Great comfortable hotel. Our reservation was include breakfast but when we arrived we were told that the ataing without breakfast. After we showed then the mail reservation they changed it. So keep the mail just in case

This Hotel is a disaster, we arrived 15:30 and the room wasn't ready. We went to the beach and when we came back at 19:45 the room wasn't ready, when they came to prepare the room, we have a problem with the electricity. and the AC didn't work. all the hotel is the dirtiest I was, the pool, disgusting. The room and all the hotel has a bad smell, the floor is dirty all over the hotel and the room. Not value for money at all. I can't believe Brown allow this hotel to use the name.

No cleaning in the pool and the lobby No entertaining staff. Anything to do with kids Only the room is ok and that’s if you have good neighbours

סופ״ש התארחתי במלון סנטרל פארק באילת, מחוויה האישית ,המלון אכן קורה לעצמו מלון אך ברמתו הוא אכסניה לכל דבר. חדר אוכל - האוכל ברמה לא אכילה, חסר כל טעם, חביתה נראת כאילו נעשתה מבלילה ולא מביצים טריות והשיא הוא שבארוחת הבוקר אין מכונת קפה פעילה ( יום ראשון בארוחת הבוקר) , כמו כן אין הקפדה על עטיית מסכות בשטח החדר אוכל. בבריכת השחייה- לכלוך בכל עבר , עובד איש בריכה בודד שלא מספיק לנקות והבריכה מטונפת לחלוטין. בבריכה אין מלתחות מסודרות.הסתובבות בשטח המלון ללא עטיית מסכות, רב האורחים מסתובבים בשטח הלובי והמעליות ללא מסכות ואין כל התייחסות מצד המלון בנושא.חדר האירוח- החדר נראה כאילו לא עבר נקיון יסודי זה מספר שבועות, המון אבק על הרצפה ( מצרף גם תמונה) לסיכום אני אישית לא אחזור למלון זה ובטח שלא אמליץ לקרובים לבקר שם, זאת לא חוויה שאני מצפה לקבל בבית מלון בכלל ומצוות המלון בפרט.

Nice stay, clean room, kind service, simple breakfast but nice

We got the room at 5:30 pm crazy late. Poor attitude of hotel staff. A dirty room full of hair. Towels are not clean. Just disgusted. After I complained to the hotel manager, I asked him to come in and told me that he did not like my complaints and behavior and I was invited to leave the hotel. Poor management of the hotel made me very nervous and right. I will not return there even if it is free.

It is a nice place where to spend a couple of days with swimming pool

Was very pleasant for the price, some construction on the room needed to be done and breakfast was very nice. They were very helpful though to all our needs.

When we arrived at 2 pm our room wasn’t ready, it got ready 4 pm. The dinner service is just till 7 pm, so soon. The pool wasn’t functioning. The bathroom door was soaked as was our bathe towels.

Cute hotel no more than that

The hotel had some water damage so was booked at the Americana instead. Understand that this is out of their control but was sent to a cheaper hotel room where the window would close properly, heating did not work, pool under reconstruction with power cables and hoses all over the foyer and police were walking around looking for someone which made it fell unsafe. Sent email to central park and still awaiting a response. Not the best way to end my holiday.

Ive made my reservation couple of months ahead and received confirmation from the site and the hotel.Ive arrived to the hotel and the gate was closed, called the number on it with no answer.Went by foot the the entrance only to discover that the hotel is closed for renovations.The guard told me to go to a different hotel..Had some trouble finding it.No one had given us a call or a notice that the hotel is closed for renovations and we were forced to accept the arrengment the hotel made without us knowing, for it was 17:00. Oclock in Friday and other hotels were either fully booked or overpriced..

Very central. Close to everything, the beach, the mall. Decent stay for the price.

The hotel have a hard smell off cigarette

We had to travel on Shabat. We were really pleased that our room was ready for us and we did not have to wait until the evening. The location of the hotel is good, walkable to the city beach and the bus station. The room was basic, but really clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast the following day as we had to leave early. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Needs maintenance, cleaning. The hotel staff is not very polite and most of them they dont speak english.

The pool was surprisingly better than I thought it would be. Spent a fair amount of time there. One receptionist was very friendly and would check in with my friend and I to make sure everything was okay and talked with us

Near all the attractions close to the beach, and the central bus station. Easy ride to the airport too.

Ant infestation in bedroom cupboard and kettle. Breakfast was ok/varied, many israeli dishes, coffee, tea, juices, pastries, bread, cereal, hot and cold food. Pool was out of use but was informed by reception i could have a pass to use different hotel pool and that it would be filled later that day. The following day it was still out of use and different member of staff told me it would be out of use for at least another week. Convenient position to bus station, malls and harbour. Bed was comfortable, pillows fluffy, cleaning service everyday, various television channels in english, sports but poor picture and reception, bathroom acceptable. Needs better maintenance and upgrading of facilities... not the worst hotel... friendly staff, few english speaking.. it was cheap so wasnt expecting much but would prefered to have spent extra and stay in nicer hotel. Would not stay again.

pleasant room, excellent breakfast, location wonderful

I liked the location, walking distance to promenade, restaurants, beach and shopping. The room was not very clean, the bedding sheets and towels were gray. The hotel is outdated, the hallways filled with smoke. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. I would not stay there again.
