3 stars is average. It's not bad but it's not outstanding either. The surrounding streets were messy, lots of construction works going on. Nothing the accommodation has any influence on.

Apartment was clean and had a good amount of amenities - a hob, microwave, kettle. Bed was comfortable and was located in a quiet location. Plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance

Self check in was not possible. Kiosk didn't recognise the reservation number. We couldn't reach any staff. Phones were not answered. (incorrect numbers of voicemail)

Overall ok but stairs to loft not best for seniors to climb. No safety railing was poor. Beds adequate but average at best. We would not stay there again as we are pushing 80 years of age.

I think it's comfortable, clean, and in a good location. I think check-in could be better, currently it's only between 4-6pm which is super difficult but the proprietor accomodated me at 2:30pm. The room was clean but the shower head was broken and the bed was ok.

Several items mentioned on facility presentation are not available as pool, breakfast. The garage is out of street but not closed and in morning smell of urine. Code to enter facility area is known by not people living there.

部屋は広く機能的。kitchenと冷蔵庫が付いている。お湯の出も良い。駅からは徒歩10分。街の中心部にも徒歩10分で行けるので、食事や買い物にも便利。supermarketまでは徒歩5分。Thank you!

A little too monastic for me. Lighting was dim. Neighborhood unappealing. Staff pleasant but not terribly helpful about transportation.

The only thing I didn’t like at all is bathroom: smell from the toilet and problems with the shower in my flat. Presence of a kitchenette with little fridge is definitely a plus. The city of Leuven is beautiful, very good beer and tasty chocolate are here.

Nothing. Everything is great but when I did check-in aftnr 9 PM, I had trouble doing because the office staff had already finished and I called them although they didn't take a calling...

The front desk person is very friendly. I came from China and does not carry an adapter. The front desk person was very kind and generous to give me one for free. I appreciate it very much.

The rooms are spartan but equipped, tile floors stay clean, once a week cleaning was minimal, changing bedding and towels; helpful staff and expect to be left to your own devices, you wont see them unless you look

You get what you pay for really, was a clean place. I spend two nights here with my daughter. It really wouldnt be a place for Children or family break. Very noisy at night and you can literally hear everything. Its really suited for a crazy weekend kinda thing or people who dont really mind noise at night past 10 0r 11.

Overall the place needs cleaning if their not going to update it. Cobwebs and bugs are seen almost in a daily either in the room or in common areas. If your looking for a place to sleep then this will be fine, but expect things to not be cleaned thoroughly and dust. We had to open the door and two windows to ventilate the room.
The topper of our dissatisfaction of the place is we were taking a nap and then the door opens and the guy says he's going to change the TV. My husband told him about coming in without Knocking and that we were taking a nap (jet lag) he gives a smirk and sarcastically says taking a nap at 11.
On the day of check out I came down around 830 asking how to get a cab at checkout the same guy says he'd call me a cab at 10 at checkout. We came down at 949 and the office is closed. Unable to checkout and had to put the key in the Dropbox.
Simply.. I would not stay here again. I found out later that other people that stayed there the prior year refused to stay there again. This was a first and last time to stay there.

It was inexpensive, simply but well furnished - like a student flat with a kitchen. Clean, decent single bed. Walkable to the centre. I only only needed the room at night so its simplicity was ok.

The kitchen was barely functional, there were people smoking at the picnic table outside our room for most of the evening and the smoke wafted in through the window.

Room quality simple but ok. Windows should be replaced and the heating warms mostly the gallery so the lower parts are cold. Worth to have coins because you can't buy anything with card as the most thing can be bought from a vendor machine. There are a little shop and washing salon from the room just few minutes walk (can be paid only with coins/cash).
Otherwise it is quite good location, silent and easy to drive to Brussels so if someone can manage minor unconvenience then it is absoult ok choice.

Very much as advertised. Basic but has everything you need really. Only complaints were the thin walls but that seems to be common everywhere, and the bathrooms had a slight damp-mould smell but not that bad. The management were very accommodating to any requirements.
