Nice hotel, staff very friendly. Very nice breakfast. Only thing negative is the traffic noise in the mornings. About 6am it sounds like the Daytona speedway. Otherwise very nice stay.

The front desk receptionist wasn't very welcome I feel like I was worry her I did check in late it was about 10:00 I had to wait at the front desk for about 30 minutes. because she wasn't at the desk. I Meet the Manager Earlier that Day he Really Nice. What I like about the hotel it was quiet clean

There were no newspapers to be found. Called desk and they said no newspapers. Also, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were not in small, sealed bottles, but in squeeze bottles that the previous guests had used. That's called contamination! Desk clerk was rude upon our arrival. Said there were no rooms available even though we had an early check in reservation. Towels were small. Will Not stay there again!

We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, and kindness of the hotel staff. The breakfast attendant was especially wonderful. Check-in went smoothly and quickly. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming.
The only issue we had, (and it was a big issue for us), was that the pool was absolutely filthy. It had definitely not been clean or attended to for a long time. It was full of algae, sand and bugs. My family was so disappointed it was so unclean. If they had a clean pool, we would have given them 10/10.

As the only major hotel in this area, you would think it would be kept up better, but it's not. This is the second time that we have stayed and the TV skips, like someone is constantly changing the channel. Also, the ice machine on the 2nd floor still wasn't working from a year ago. The elevators are hit or miss as well. They stop working randomly, which to say the least, is a safety hazard for those with disabilities and those not able to walk or climb stairs easily. The breakfast ends at 9:30. This is a little early in my opinion. They also only had 2 people available to clean rooms, including the front desk clerk, who couldn't check us in because he had to go clean rooms. This whole facility is not organized. The owner needs more staff on hand and needs to be aware of the safety concerns and issues of things not properly working.

Everything was great except there was no hair dryer provided in our room. In all the hotels we've ever booked, this was the 1st one that didn't provide one, and we didn't bring one on our trip.
