Staff is awesome. They bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable and was very helpful with island knowledge. Continental breakfast was awesome. We will return for a longer stay

Great location for walking around Cruz bay. We did have a cockroach in our room on night one. Hotel offers beach chairs and towels for free and staff is good. Nice areas to sit outside room. Room appeared clean and maid service every day. Minus the bug it was fine.

I'm not sure where to start!! From the moment we arrived we LOVED this place! From the greeting we received to all the amenities; everything at the hotel were amazing. If there was something we needed we had it! They offered sunscreen, chairs, ice, small coolers, umbrella, after sun care, bug spray, literally anything you might need or want was available if you asked for it! Denise made you feel at home and welcome :) Karen had so many wonderful suggestions for us from parking to locations to visit that we didn't want for anything. The location is wonderful, close to everything in town but still quiet if you wanted to sit on the balcony in the evening and enjoy the night! With a short drive you could be at some of the most wonderful beaches The room was perfectly sized with everything you needed to make your stay comfortable! Fresh beach towels were provided everyday for us to use and the rooms are kept in pristine condition. The lite breakfast provided was a perfect to start our day before we began our adventures. This is the perfect place to stay in Cruz Bay and we will definitely stay here when we return!

A couple of blocks from Cruz Bay ferry terminal. Easy to get a taxi/surfari and very walkable to restaurants and Lind Point trail which will get you to Solomon and Honeymoon beach via hiking trails. Amenities are thoughtful like bug spray, reef safe sunscreen and even goggle defogger. beach chairs and cooler bags, umbrellas when it rains. Bring a reusable water bottle and you can refill it with their water dispenser and ice available too. Really a place that caters to people with carry on luggage. Staff is so personable that you literally come in as strangers and leave as friends. Rooms are clean and bright with air conditioning and mini fridge. Only wish would be a larger shower.

Everything was wonderful about this hotel. The staff. The location. They go above and beyond. The offer beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas at no extra cost.If you stay at st johns. I would recommend cruz bay boutique.

Very convenient location. At the center of the town and close to everywhere. The staff is very nice and friendly. The building is very stylish and lovely.

Just enjoyed an Excellent stay, highly recommend! Denise and her staff were so professional and accommodating, made it feel more like A bed and breakfast then A hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

parking is very difficult and very expensive in Cruz Bay in general, and the property has no parking of its own except for 2 checkin spots

Denise greeted us by name the minute we walked into the lobby. She is friendly and so knowledgeable of the island. She goes above and beyond to make your stay Comfortable on the island. She provides beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and even travel coolers. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. Every morning she provides fresh coffee and fruit,yogurt and some pastries to get you going in the morning. I only wish we stayed here longer.

With the location right in Cruz Bay you really can’t beat it. The room has everything you need and everything worked. The hosts were wonderful, remembering your name and what you’ve be doing on your trip. Breakfast was simple but had all you need. They also provided beach chairs, towels, and a basket of sunscreens and bug spray that guests can borrow from and add to. The room AC masks any outside noise so I had no issue with that. They only have 15minute drop off parking so I recommend getting a rental car from one of the locations that will let you park in their area overnight as parking in Cruz Bay is very limited.

Cruz Bay Hotel was absolutely wonderful. Denise was so accommodating to all my needs. She picked me up when I got lost getting there. She gave me her sunscreen when I couldn't find mine. The breakfast was filling. Wifi stayed connected. Shower remained hot. AC worked and kept the room cold. And the bed was super comfortable. Did I mention it's in the heart of all the restaurants, shops and festivities! Taxis right down the street to get to the beach. It was such a relaxing time!!! I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. It will be my go to for all my future stays in St. John.

When you are in St John you likely don’t spend a lot of time in your room. This small but very functional and comfortable room is perfectly located. The service superior, with lovely terrace patios for a quick coffee and breakfast (complimentary). No insane hills to climb, and plenty of restaurants. Also excellent AC for the insanely humid June weather.
