Upon checking in, we were greeted by the manager (can’t remember his name but he had eye glasses). He asks for my name that was under the reservation and for my I.D. and he proceeds to check us in or so we thought. He checked us in under someone else’s reservation and had us pay. He “didn’t realize” til after our card went through. He said that he canceled it and we had to re-do the payment again, which we did. On top of that, our room was not ready while our other friends were. Being back home now, we got charged 4 DIFFERENT TIMES by the hotel and one of the amount was different from the other 3 charges. This is such a huge disappointment because there is absolutely no reason for that many charges under one reservation! His apology was not sincere at all and felt like it was just brushed to the side. Also, if you didn’t know this is a timeshare hotel so they will call you. We got called twice with my cellphone number asking for me the first time and then my husband the second. We are under the same reservation there is no reason to call twice with the same information after we had already turned it down the first time.

I had an absolutely amazing time here. It’s a super convenient location and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Big pros are the free Starbucks coffee every morning, the Aveda products , the daily experience events and the umbrella, chairs & towels. I will definitely be back!

We had fantastic 4 days in March 24 in the Marriott Vacation Club South Beach. We particularly liked the special actions from JC! :-)

The property is time share and it is very well managed. Rooms are newly renovated, nicely decorated, super clean, everyone very polite and nice. Excellent service, every day 2 or 3 special treats for custumers. Highly recommend. Hotel is located in the heart of Art Deco district, northen part which is more quiet and more sofisticated. Easy access to the beach, across the street , and street is closed to vehicle traffic. Many very good restaurants in an easy walk. Lots of bars, interesting vibe. Lots of fun. No parking but secured parking garage 2 blocks away for only $20 a day.

The perfect hotel to visit Miami Beach in comfort and right in the middle of everything! Comfortable, large rooms with kitchenette, beach cart & amenities. Walk to the beach, right across the street, and a beautiful walkway with play area for kids... restaurants galore to the left and right of hotel. Convenient parking arrangement about a block away with Valet and Bell service. An excellent restaurant in the lobby with a Cuban theme and live Latin music. An added plus ... daily activities planned, i.e. Happy Hour, ice cream socials, paint N Sip, etc. You will really feel the Miami Vibe here. Highly recommend.

The property was very clean and in a fantastic location. We loved the area restaurants. The hotel offered us smoothies when we arrived and also featured a happy hour on the rooftop with complimentary beer and wine!

Had Room 308 at the rear. Not fancy but a decent size, it looks west, is quiet, is not overlooked, has a nice little balcony and gives good afternoon / evening light. The little kitchenette is very useful. The quiet roof terrace is another boon. The hotel’s position on Ocean Drive & 14th St is away from the worst of the noise and craziness further down, and 5 mins walk from the restaurants and bustle of Espanola Way. Lincoln Rd shops are another 5-10 mins walk. Staff are particularly friendly and helpful. Overall, I’d say the hotel is fully priced, but if you want to know you’ll be looked after properly, it’s worth the extra.

The hotel staff are very nice. The hotel itself does not have any amenities. My husband is in a wheelchair and I specifically asked for an accessible room. We were put in a studio with a tiny bathroom. No handrails. This was a timeshare trade so I am a bit disappointed that the request for an accessible room was overlooked.

This is a time share property , so even though I paid for it like a hotel, they were still trying to push buying into their program. (They don’t call it time share -they call it something else where you earn points.). It was a really nice property and I would stay there again if I ever went back, but the push for the program-even though they were super nice-was really annoying. The best part of this property was the fact that since Covid, the huge road in front of the hotel was closed to traffic. It was still part of the main drag, but there weren’t cars in front of it.

First impression was a lovely hotel. Nice staff clean. But they started remodeling the entire hotel I’m assuming (by the look of disarray) the morning that we left. So we were woken up at 6am by construction and then housekeeping tried coming in at 8:30 when checkout is 11am. You couldn’t walk through the hallways because of the the totes that they were using to take stuff out of the rooms. I understand you have to remodel hotels, but do not book guests the night before it starts. It was very unprofessional.

The staff is awesome. This property thinks of everything for their guest. From beach chairs, sun umbrella, bicycles and even regular umbrellas if it rains. I will definitely recommend and will definitely return.
