At first glance you think its going to be a bit sketchy but i had the best sleep. The mattresssm is fabulous, very quiet. No extras but clean, and the owner asked me twice if i needed anything. For the money its great.

Located in Kingston, and visiting Labor Day weekend I was worried about the noise, or traffic. Neither was a problem. The hotel is laid out well, and no outside noise made it into our room. The were vary nice and far away from traffic. We totality plan to use this hotel again.

Manager was quick to offer eating establishments in the area. When I came back without cutlery, he provided some, plus offered a plate. Great service.

Owners are lovely people. Even offered some ice from their house to let us have a cold drink!

No complaints. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. The price was very reasonable and with the cost of other motels. It was affordable.

We had wonderful experience here. The beds are ultra super soft and comfortable. The beds and room is exceptionally clean. The manager/owner is super friendly and easy to deal with. It was overall a 5 star experience.

Friendly helpful for our requests

The double queen room we reserved online was booked in person at the same time while we booked on line so they offered us a King room upon our arrival which was fine. The room looked like it had not been used in awhile, there were cobwebs, dust, and humidity in the room. The bathroom was nasty, dirty sink, toilette and floors. The service was very good and the night clerk personally came to clean the bathroom for us at 1am in the morning. The room could use an in-depth cleaning a some new curtains and linens.
