Rooms. are small, but very clean and modern. Nice sitting. area on the backside of the hotel. Super close to the train station. They told my daughter parking was 10 euros and my daughter only needed a couple of hours of parking because she was returning her rental car. Anyways, when my daughter saw the posted prices for parking she noted there was an hourly rate, which was going to be less than 10 euros because she had her car there less than 2 hours. When she went to the desk to ask them to adjust her rate, the person was somewhat rude about it, but did end up adjusting it. We got free parking on the street. I did not note any restaurants around the area, seemed somewhat industrial around there. We were only there one night and took the train to Munich. Is about 15-20 minutes from the airport.

We booked a room for two persons. The bed had one small/single person quilt. One small and one bigger towel. We mentioned it for the reception but hey didnt Seem to Care.

Great hotel. Good value for the money. Clean and modern. Literally a 2 minute walk from the U bahn, to get you into the centre of Munich, or indeed the Airport. Shall definitely stay again if i need to locate myvself in that area of Munich. Dont forget, staff were super friendly.

a new built Hotel next to the Metro Station. But it was not loud although the line is just 200 m away.
room was very small without cabinet only a small shelf.
usually the hotels are full of information about what to do. Often there is also a folder in the rooms with recommendations of the hotel.

Even walking into the lobby was a pleasant surprise and then came the awesome room! Tiny but so plush, modern, designer, comfortable and on a top floor with great views. I had a nice stay here. The facilities were good and the place was accessible easily from public transport. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was also some nice view from the windows. The only small quibble I might have would be the slightly limited variety of options with breakfast. The breakfast itself was good quality though. If they add a couple of more options (such as baked beans, cooked mushrooms etc) it would be perfect.

Very new hotel with modern furnishings and excellent noise insulation. Located right next to a subway/underground station for easy access to Munich Center. Parking garage attached to hotel has very reasonable rate.

Rooms and lobby have a pleasant design. The hotel is next to a metro station so it's really easy to stay and park here then visit München without your car. Hotel charges 5 eur for parking which was not immediately obvious for me as I entered the parking lot assuming it was included in our room pruce.. Later turns out that the neighboring P+R costs only 50 cents a day, worth checking out. I wasn't impressed by the manners of the reception night staff upon checkin which just spoiled my first impression: nothing major but it was anything but welcoming. Otherwise it seems a fine hotel at an affordable price in München.

Very easy access from the highway. Free wi-fi, perfect parking opportunities in the hotel basement, very fair price, nice staff. Take the breakfast which is really value for the money.

Cost effective, new, friendly & efficient staff. Room is a bit small if you have luggage to open (we did), Bathroom is efficient with a great, relaxing shower. Breakfast is good. Unfortunately, if you arrive tired and do not want to get in the car to a restaurant (front desk staff will give you a practical list) nearby the bar has almost nothing (just basic ham & cheese). Covered parking easy & cost effective (5 Euro). Good wifi.

a great hotel, very clean and beautiful, doesn't fit for families and more for copuls or one person traveling, rooms are ok if you are two. we were 5 and took 2 rooms and it was very small for us

This hotel is an excellent way point or staging point for visiting Munich and the surrounding area. While the immediate area doesn't have much to see, immediately outside the door is a train line that will take you directly into the heart of Munich. The staff and breakfast are pretty good. The decor is clean and modern, though definitely geared towards business men or light travelors. I would still recommend this hotel because it is reasonably priced. Definitely worth the stay for the Munich area.

Very efficient hotel, small but very clean rooms, good qualita bedding and good, cheap breakfast. Friendly staff. Free wifi. Ideal if you have business in north part of Munich; it's 1 minut from the motorway. I went to a concert in the north outskirts of Munich about 8 minuts from the hotel which was great. there is also a train station outside so I assume you can take the train down to the centre.

The stay was pleasant. However, I was required to pay the full amount on check-in. Internet was disrupted a couple of times so i had to contact the reception each time I needed a wi-fi access data.

The Hotel is situated on the outskirts of Munich on a large industrial complex. It is easily reached on U Bhan U6 train to Garching, the travelling time would normally be approx. 20 minutes, however work is being carried out on the line so we had to be bused between two stops which added 10 minutes to the journey. The hotel is one minute walk from the Garching-Hochbruck stop. The near proximity of the line could not be heard in the hotel and created no problems . There is nothing at the hotels location but a 3 minute U Bhan ride into Garching provide a pleasant experience in a small quiet town with several decent restaurants and bars and a small supermarket.

It is a very clean and modern hotel, but very basic. If you need a simple hotel to just sleep and shower as you explor Munich, this is a good place. If you want more from your hotel (such as more amenities or a fitness center), then this isn't the place for you. Right next to the metro so it is easy to get to the center of Munich.
