The pool was nice but the rooms were terrible. The showers rod was rusted along with the two, the bed quilt was gross. Also we are a couple and they have us two separate single beds wheeled next to each other with separate bed linen.

We stayed here for 9 days.From the ad, we where confident there was a gym at the hotel but there was not. We where happy with 1 out of 3 who worked there. The two females were not only not very helpful but at times rude. The prices at the hotel restaurant was also very expensive. Paid 12 euros for a omelette for lunch. For comparison, a full dinner at one of the many places in either Ornos or Little Venice, a main course of excellent quality and size was between 5 to 15 euros.

Hotel transport that was organised by the hotel was exorbitant 25 euros from port to hotel and 25 euros from hotel to airport these prices do not make the stay enjoyably as these prices are set by the receptionist at the hotel.(back hand) but what can you .so book a hotel with free transport is my advise.also room was dull and dingy and no sun.not pleased at all.

Staff are great and good standard on the rooms and pool. Very basic breakfast. Very far from everything considering there are no sidewalks. There are busses to the main town but you need to change if you want to go to any of the partybeaches. I would choose a more central place if I go back to mykonos.

Property is good value for money, pool is quiet and nice, location is good if your planning on splitting your time between beaches and the old town.

Standard room not 4* standard.Shower needs updating.Bed was worst bed I ever slept in.Had to ask for rubbish bin to be placed in room as on had bathroom one to usr . And u know what that is used for ...hmmmm.Nice pool though.

Stayed at Giannoulaki for the second time and forgot that it was that bad. The complex looks pretty and lovely on the outside, but the bedrooms are dated and not comfortable. When we arrived I spotted red ants in the bathroom, there was some bulbs missing in the bathrooms and in the entrance, wifi didnt work... When I asked the reception to change rooms they offered to send someone to change bulbs instead... they clearly didn't want to please us and change us rooms. The mattress is by far the worst I have slept on, and after spending over a week there, I just felt more tired than anything. I wouldnt recomment the hotel, because of the customer service (inexistent) and the poor comfort, othr than that, looks cute from the outside and well located.

This hotel only offered us two twin beds pushed together. It was our honeymoon. When we asked why she didn’t really give us a reason and shrugged it off.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have EVER stayed at! I couldn’t wait to check out and leave. Horrible to have sleep in that environment.

Beds are horiblely hard! To get a bus you have to walk about 200 + yards bus runs about every 20. minutes. Staff could not be more helpful. Very small rooms.

The hotel is very outdated. The bar is very expensive and closes at 10.30pm. Only good thing to say is nice sized pool and supermarket near by

The bar service is good and the employees are very friendly. There is public transport at door step(not many buses) but you can walk to the city center(30 minutes). I just wanted a better breakfast, maybe changing the menu in different days or increasing that variety. Definitely recommended to everyone.

This hotel was fine for a single night before catching a flight the next morning. We wouldn’t have wanted to stay there longer than that. It is on a busy main road close to the airport.

Good quiet location. Bus stop to town just a few minutes walk & also supermarket nearby. Rooms have balcony overlooking the pool which is lovely. Hotel offers transfers to/from the airport too! A pleasant stay.

The hotel staff were so friendly and could not do enough to make our stay fantastic. Location was ideal for us, lovely walks into town or to the gorgeous beaches. Brilliant local Taverna recommended by the staff just 5 minutes from hotel.

Great place to go to spend your holidays. Good area (20-25 mins walkimg distance from beach). Very friendly staff that will do their best for the guests. Also good food and wine served in the hotel's restaurant.

Really nice hotel, lovely room and pool and super friendly and helpful staff (esp. the young man on nights). Good breakfast too. Prone to the odd power cut (like the rest of the island) and a bit far from everything, but fine as long as you know that. A place to escape the madness. Special thanks to their private hire driver for getting us to our ferry on time!

Without a doubt the worst hotel in MYkonos. Never stay at this hotel. The service is terrible, the attendants are rude and unprepared. I made a reservation 2 months in advance, I left the reservation paid in a triple room, and upon arriving to checkin, the attendant said they did not have rooms available, or we would have to stay in a double or refund the money, being that we were with children. We stayed in the double. When we woke up the next day we were informed that we would have to leave the double because someone else would have to reserve it and change it to another triple, but to do so wait until 14:00 to free a room with our bags at the reception. Hotel horrible, the cafe is bad. The shameful room, small bathroom and bad shower. The location is awful. At the checkout, they wanted to charge us extra fees for the room change, with a taxi driver waiting, they did not want to release, when we refused to pay, they charged half the rate and we had to pay the taxi driver 15 more for the time stopped. Never stay at this hotel. The photos do not match the reality of the hotel.

Location is good and the hotel is clean and new. The owner is also very helpful and nice
