Had lots of cockroach and i had to lose a night stay so unfair. I wasn't even in the room but 2 minutes

Drove 6 hours. Arrived at midnight. Room was filthy. German cockroaches everywhere. People loitering in front of entrance and in lobby. Curtain room full of holes. Planned to stay 3 days but checked out at 7am and asked for refund. Clerk asked no questions. Towels were dirty. Bed linens were thread bare, stained, and covered with cigarette burns. We had planned several activities in Cleburne and had to move to another town nearby when we left Saturday morning. Our plans were basically scrapped. This hotel is more like a low income housing subsidy. Filthy dirty and the stench of cigarette and marijuana smoke is sickening. Everything is dirty and the cockroaches in the elevator and our room, particularly the bathroom, were unbelievable. I made a complaint to the hotel but have yet to hear back.

It is beyond disgusting every hallway stinks there's animals running everywhere it smells like pee everywhere I killed like six roaches and one night in my room the sink was leaking all over the floor carpet is disgusting not only are there animals running loose they're all huge animals that you can put a saddle on and ride up and down the hall aggressive dogs pit bulls seen a lady gets back there is dog poop from end to end of that entire property every flower bed every sidewalk everywhere just big mounds of poop trash everywhere is disgusting

Clean accessible room on the bottom floor very nice

I stayed for 5 nights and the pool was only usable for 1 of those days. The bed was hard. The pillows were hard. I'll be staying elsewhere next time...

Didn’t like all the dogs that were barking when trying to go to sleep

Started off with a bunch of rif raf in the parking lot so immediately that's a red flag. Room was supposed to be a queen it was a full bed and not comfortable. We went to pop some pop corn and noticed there was no microwave. The front desk said she thought she told my wife there was not one and my wife said it was okay. That was a straight lie. Never mentioned. Then she offered to pop our pop corn and she asked me how long to pop it for. I said the normal amount and she said no how long. Well she handed me back a half popped bag of popcorn and nothing else. Oh the free coffee they supposedly have was out of order. And the pool closed early. Worst stay ever. I want my money back.

Loud. Dogs barking. Someone yelling in the hall for an ambulance. Didn’t feel safe. Was woken up Multiple times.

ROACHES coming from the bed platform. No phone or blow dyer (although got one from the front desk). You could tell they knew aboudt the roaches because there was "spray" under the bed on around the platform but doesn't help. Love pet friendly but there were a LOT of BIG dogs barking during the night and waking me up. Would not recommend this hotel. The price was good though and no one was killed so I guess I was grateful for that. The SERVICE was very good, especially Katy. She was very nice and helpful with the tv remote that wouldn't work with the television.

The staff in the evening is very nice and helpful the hotel itself is nice but all the carpets through the hallways and stairwells are disgusting it stinks there's animals running around everywhere it smells like an animal the second floor is unbearable with the smell nice bathrooms water is scolding hot bed was okay but overall smell is unbearable will make you not want to stay there again

Our bathroom was full of roaches. We left the next morning and got a full refund. The front desk people were so nice about the situation:)

Not very clean and someome above us was very loud

The place was very dirty. Dog hair everywhere. Our room was flooded and crickets in the room. Had them change our room and the second room had cockroach crawling everywhere. Had them refund my money.

Carpet was nasty, horrible body odor and smoking smell. Holes in the walls. Bed hard

The on-line pics do not represent what the property currently looks like. Upon check in I had to change rooms due to key not working or AC not working and room supposed to have been placed out of service. Also the last room that I got moved to did not have chairs for the table that was in there so we had to bring from another room. Also my in-laws room did not have a fridge. Presentation as we drove in was not very impressive. We were told that the pool was out of service but didn't confirm that. I understand that it's a motel however there still certain expectations that a visitor has and this motel met none. However I will say that the staff were understanding of our concerns and did the best that they could do to resolve. I feel that owners of this motel should have more pride in what they do.

Did not expect much but it is clean and the staff are friendly. Theres a microwave but theres no coffee maker or complementary coffee

Staff were friendly. Free coffee was available. Place was old, reasonably priced, reasonably clean. Pasta restaurant down the road was very good

The bed was hard. Also the shower was not working. The shower the water was spraying everywhere.
