Es la tercera o cuarta vez que venimos y estamos muy contentos con nuestra estadía.

There was only one towel available for both of us, we had to ask for a second one and they didnt bring it to the room, because there is no room service, I had to go to reception.

Unfortunately without cafeteria service. They can’t offer alternatives, empty store on weekend.

Pretty basic, but served its purpose for the trip. Water temperature in the shower was sometimes hot, sometimes cold, and sometimes changing between the two mid shower. Staff was super friendly and was able to communicate in English just fine.

El hotel está al lado de una autopista y en frente de un centro comercial muy grande que se veía bonito. El aeropuerto está a 10 min en auto

Friendly staff and accommodating. Close to shopping center and restaurants.

I like that is near airport I dont like that the sistem fault to get in to the room

Has improved very much since my last stay. WiFi is much stronger. Check in still a little slow but better. Had small problen with room safe but they were reasonably prompt in resolving the issue.

It´w practical, that the hotel is near to the airport. The breakfast has been quite well, but the rooms are small. Kind staff

Good value and would stay again. However, rooms are small and sloooow service in restaurant.

To use the elevator you are forced to use the key card. Although all floors are easily accessible by stairs 3 meters away. And when the card reader is broken and requires ten attempts every single time it gets very annoying. Not as clean as it used to be, and maintenance is generally absent (as is usuall in Chile).

Basic room, not very big but does have the essentials. The room takes up almost all of the space. I think it is okay for one person but would be very tight for 2 people to stay in one room. They don't have room service but you can order food and take it to your room on a tray. The problem is you have dirty dishes for the rest of the day and until the next day when housekeeping comes. My shower leaked so I had to use my towels to dry the floor. They provide 2 bath towels per room and do not provide hand towels or washcloths. The breakfast buffet is bad..really nothing but breads and some limited fruit selection. You can walk to the mall across from the hotel using a pedestrian crossing that is enclosed and goes over the highway. The mall is very nice and has plenty of places to eat and shop. Very few of the workers speak english and the ones at the front desk have the knowledge, the one who teaches english at a school, but doesn't have the practice in speaking so plan on using spanish except for the most basic of phrases used in a hotel. There is parking but you have to you the service elevator to get from your room to the parking or...take the main elevator and then take stairs from the 1st floor. When I checked in nobody explained this to me, most likely because they could not say it in english. The air conditioning in my room didn't really work well. It didn't matter what temp I set it to be, it seemed to be set on the one the hotel decided was best.

It was OK except for the combination of air conditioner not working and high humidity. For us, it was difficult to get the true reason of the problem due to a missinformation of some of the hotel employees. Hope they can improve, solve the problem and be clean with the people using the hotel service.

quick efficient check in, good english spoken. typical ibis room - small but clean and with efficient AC. comfy beds, wi fi patchy in both room and at reception but reception computers very efficient. nice brekky. great restaurant - aquarium/solo carnes - just across the road.

A new clean, very comfortable hotel that is situated towards the Talcahuano region that is close to the airport and national bus terminal but is over 8km from the centre of town. The local minibus system allows you to get into the central region quickly if you do not want / can't wait for a taxi. Althoough designed for the business traveler, all the staff I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful as I planned my visit to Concepcion and the surrounding areas.

Easy access. Convenient for airport stopover. New shopping mall and food hall over the road. Nice neighbourhood. Ticks all the boxes.

This is a brand new hotel in a very good area of the city. It was clean and quiet and the views were beautiful. Highly recommended!

Definitely understaffed; but the staff does do their very best and more, well over the call of duty. it is impossible not being happy with them, considering the huge amount of work they face. One person only at the bar most of the time, one person only at the reception m ost of the time - working straight for 16 hours. Considering the circumstances, very good results indeed.
