The only negative was to pay €48 for 2 electric bikes to be kept in a secure store room for 2 nights, only to find that there was no power point in that room! So recharging them was unnecessarily tiresome.

A very nice stay. The hotel is located in the Intramuros part of the city, so you'll be in the tourist axis. A big highlight for the friendliness of the staff. I really recommend!

Did not expect to have to make our own sofa bed for the children, did not expect to have 10cm between the master bed and the sofa bed. You couldn't swing a cat in the room if you wanted to. Shower didn't work very well and bathtub sink was leaking. Breakfast buffet was very poor also.

quick check-in and friendly. This lovely hotel is located an excellent to get everywhere. also this lovely hotel prepared some souvenir for my children. I think slippers will be great due to cold floor

We ended up with a last minute night in St Malo and the Ibis Styles was a great option, knowing that we could get a good standard hotel for a reasonable rate. It was perfect for what we needed at the time and the front desk staff were exceptional :)

Great location and friendly staff. Decent sized room. A little tatty in areas and the bright green paint in the communal areas isn’t quite in keeping with the architecture! But other than that we would happily stay here again.

Consistent Ibis quality inside Intra Muros. No parking but there is a public car park just outside the walls, a couple of minutes walk away. Very conveniently located near to restaurants bars and shops. The lift is absolutely miniscule but that is to be expected as they have renovated a very old building. Some of the Intra Muros hotels are a bit hit and miss so I was really pleased to find this one. The actual rooms are a few metres walk from reception in a separate entrance. Rooms clean and adequate. We had a port view room which was lovely to wake up to. Breakfast (included) was adequate.

The hotel is in an excellent location just inside the wall of the old city. The hotel was sparkling clean and staff friendly and helpful. The rooms seem quite new and clean. Although a bit small, the rooms are comfortable and well thought out to maximize the space. There is a small, but efficient elevator. Future guests may want to request rooms facing the outside city wall which is a walkway around the inner old city with water views. We were street side and enjoyed the people watching from the big window in our room. Highly recommend this property. For the price it is a deal. I suggest doing breakfast on your own. The hotel is surrounded by pattiseries and great restaurants.

Plenty to see and do in the city (restaurants, shops, etc.) plus round trip bus to Mont-Saint-Micheil and daily ferries to the channel islands and the UK. Very helpful tourist information facility located at the entrance to the city. The large tidal changes makes for an ever changing coast line and pedestrian access to several offshore forts.

Another great stay here. We stay every time we visit St Malo as the location inside the walls is very good. Price is always good, the room is comfortable, clean and has a nice shower. There are lots of very good restaurants nearby and the breakfast is superb for what you get and the price.

St Malo is a perfect destination for a channel crossing as it's so handily located. If you like history,markets or sea walks Dinan, Dinard and Mt St Michel are a must to visit.

We have stayed in Saint Malo many times. This is the best hotel in Saint Malo and the best two star French hotel we ever stayed in.
