Do not stay at the Red Coach Inn! The food in the restaurant is disgusting. The waiter brought a bread plate to the table and the bread was stale. My wife ordered the French Onion Soup and it was way too salty. I ordered the seafood platter. The seafood was OK but the rice pilaf was undercooked and almost raw. My wife ordered chicken teriyaki with oriental rice and the rice was undercooked and almost raw. We told the waiter that the rice was undercooked and the waiter asked us to give the chef a break because he was by himself. We found that to be very unusual but didn’t complain further. The next morning, we ordered breakfast which was good aside from the potatoes which were cold and obviously not cooked fresh. Both of the beds were very uncomfortable and sagged towards the middle. The worst part about our stay is that the Red Coach Inn charged me an extra $200 because they accused me of breaking a chair in the master bedroom. We did not use the chair at all and we were not the ones who broke it. The Red Coach Inn charged me $200 because their cheap furniture was defective.

We enjoyed our overnight at the Falls despite the cold weather. Staff was friendly and the room was very nice.

This was our second stay here, Canterbury suite both times. We love the old world charm of this property and the friendliness of the staff. Also the view can’t be beat. We did have an issue with the power going out at about 6am and it didn’t come back on until 7:29 that evening. We just decided it was a day to explore Canada and since it was cold it was definitely a hat day since there was no way to style hair. We did miss a day’s breakfast there but the staff was very apologetic, gave us some lanterns from the dining room to light up our rooms until we had power. It was never uncomfortable temps in our room as we had a window to open if it got hot or a gas fireplace to turn if we got cold. Stephanie, Wayne and Christina went above and beyond to make our stay great. We’ll be back someday.

The stay was picture perfect. The room was clean and ready for us. They had cheese tray and champagne waiting as well. Everyone was friendly and inviting. We will be back again for sure.

The staff was extraordinarily accommodating. Very friendly and willing to help in any way. The Bristol suite was comfortable and inviting. The goodie bag and cheese tray was a surprising extra. The parking lot, however, was a disaster. It rained very heavily the whole two days we were there and when we went to get in our car to leave, it was like walking into a flood. There was no way to get to our car without our feet getting soaked. We understand the rain was not the fault of the Hotel, but maybe the parking lot could be worked on? Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The staff was super friendly went the extra mile to make sure our stay was awesome highly recommended this hotel very very nice and clean great beds super shower and tub is amazing not enough words to say how great this place is the restaurant has amazing for will recommend for everyone to try this place thank you to the staff for being excellent

This was such a great place to stay. Totally unexpected. I hadn't realized the exact location when booking it and WOW.. what a surprise. It was a top notch experience from the time we arrived to when we left. Definitely 5 star. Totally worth what we paid.....

We had a great stay at Red Coach Inn. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were courteous and friendly. We also had a fantastic dinner in their restaurant. Would definitely recommend for a nice little get away.

We loved the Inn, our room, and the restaurant. There was one unpleasant surprise. The room was on the second floor. There is no elevator which was not clear in the room description. Also, there is no service to help carry the luggage upstairs. You are all on your own for that!

Close proximity to the Falls. Very nice Inn.

Finding front entrance is tricky. Access to our room is through the seating area for the restaurant, a bit uncomfortable dragging bags while people are dining. Room was very comfortable and inviting. No falls view from first floor room, but fewer stairs since there are no elevators.
