Absolute perfection from check in to check out. Attention to detail and the highest level service during our entire stay. Excellent food. I’ll certainly be back.

It is a new style hotel nice modern room large space perfect for business travels for witch is willing to pay for quality.

The hotel doesn’t provide iron and ironing boards. Guests are expected to go to the hotel facilities to do their own ironing or use the paid laundry service. The hotel is modern. The rooms are a little dark for my taste with only one small window. The hallway carpets coming out of the elevator needs cleaning. The Hermes toiletries smell very good.

Amazing hotel: Beautiful decor, numerous flourishes in the room, very welcoming and accommodating staff, great breakfast, great location, and tremendous value for the price. At a minimum, truly one of the best hotels in Europe. I would highly recommend this fine hotel to anyone, and hope to stay here again.

Stylish and confartable rooms and very nice and friendly staff, they helped me with a stuck ear cotton problem, but I have to note that they have ask the supplier why the quality of their ear cotton is that poor

Great location in city center, close to shopping and restaurants. Great facilities with gym, lap-pool and spa. Non-smoking restaurant was a big advantage, in country where everyone smokes everywhere. Service was very good.

The rooms are not super fun, but everything else is top notch: service, restaurants, location. The spa is pretty descent as well!
Tips to the management: 720RSD for 0.5 water is on the ridiculous side, even if you are 5-star hotel. That should be complimentary, a bottle a day, like in other hotels of the same rang. That little extra money you earn on that is nothing in comparison to the potential negativity it creates.
