Lovely clean room. Comfortable and lots of space. Breakfast was great. Good customer service from all staff we met.

Stylish decor and great food. The staff impressed us from the initial greeting at check in through the restaurants and room service. Comfortable bed.

The staff were all very efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and modern. The room was very quiet. The food in the bar and at breakfast was great. Would highly recommend.

Amazing and lovely room

Check-in was quick and easy, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and tidy and furnished nicely. A bit of the inside of the bathroom door was broken away and the hinge was either greasy or old and marked, i couldn't see properly to make out either way. Comfortable bed for me although my husband said that he didn't sleep well due to the pillows, he just couldn't get comfortable which disturbed his sleep. Also, other guests that were staying in rooms near us were noisy and had the TV on very loud at around 1-2am, which i know isn't the fault of the hotel but down to guests so it's not a complaint. A nice touch with complimentary water and milk in the fridge to go with the tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. The breakfast had plenty of choice, hot and cold options and something a bit more special to be ordered separately if we wanted it. Check out was also quick and easy, again with friendly staff.

Business trip

Excellent hotel. We used for dinner, bed and breakfast whilst travelling back from holiday. Only improvement I would suggest is to replace the buffet breakfast. We prefer to wait for a fresh cooked breakfast.

Stayed two nights. Couldn't sleep well at all because we could hear from the next door, frequent door closing and people talking loud in the corridor. Room temperature is not that easy to control somehow. The water coming out of the shower was lovely but the the grout can do with a good clean. Food at the restaurant was not great. Very disappointed with the Casa Paella. It was supposed to be a main course. It was served in an 8 inches paella dish. It has an unpleasant burnt taste, a mixture of old rice with some past the best prawns, mussels and chicken pieces. Not a lot of flavour in the Bavette steak. The most edible dish was the sourdough and olive tapas. The breakfast menu was good but after the not so great dinner experience, we only went for the safe options i.e. fried egg, baked beans, mushroom and bacon.

Fantastic hotel, incredibly welcoming team, extremely friendly. Room was a great size and very comfy. Just a couple of general wear and tear bits like the door being scuffed, door stop slightly hanging off that detracted slightly but not enough to ruin a stay or cause a complaint.

What a great find, staff absolutely wonderful, veey attentive without being on top of you. All areas spotlessly clean, room quiet even though main road goes past, unable to hear any traffic. Good choice of food and drink. Definitely booking again

Excellent stay staff in all areas were excellent polite and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner was of a good quality would stay again without hesitation.

A comfortable lounge area was not available during the day due to the lounge and a function room being booked for a 60th birthday party in the evening, so toilets of the lounge area could not be used. Only available seating was in the bar area which at that time was full of noisy football supporters. We felt that a 4 star hotel should have a lounge area available for hotel guests to sit in at any time during their stay.

Lovely couple of nights for a wedding would definitely stay again or recommend to anyone who is looking in that area

A clean, attractive modern hotel with free parking, wonderful staff. Good breakfasts, excellent a la carte restaurant and a lively bar area. The beds are probably the most comfortable I have slept in away from home ( we use the same mattress company) but their beds are bigger !

From start to finish what a great trip. The staff are very helpful, great bar, delicious food in the Barco restaurant , beautiful clean and comfortable room.. this is our 2nd visit to the Casa had a day at the Chatsworth's County show and an over night stay. it finished our weekend of in style. will defiantly be returning . Thank you

Good location for our meetup with friends, all we needed under 1 roof. Plus for me was the easy to use Electric Vehicle charging points

Very good except for the overpowering smell of a vanilla(?) scent everywhere we went - except, thank goodness, the bedroom. It appeared to be piped in via the air con in public areas & affected some of us quite badly.

Nice hotel lovely staff . Was a flying visit for a wedding so didn’t get chance to checkout restaurant/bar but it looked good.

Fantastic everything will love to go back again

Everything about our stay was faultless! From check-in, to our delicious meal and cocktails in Barca Bar, and breakfast the next morning! Not forgetting one of the most comfortable nights sleep I’ve had in years….. and that’s high praise, as I don’t sleep well!!

Been here many times in the past. This time not quite as good.the hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. Big dip in the bed on both sides. Scuffs and chips out of the wall and furniture etc. Breakfast not as good either. No continental option. No butter available. Sliced bread only. No crusty rolls or other bakery items. Probably won't return
