The entire stay went very well!

Rooms are small and quite dated. Location of the hotel is great and breakfast is lovely.

Located is a very convenient location. Great breakfast. Service by Vincent at the front desk was one of the best I have ever received at any 4 star or 5 star hotel. Truly went out of his was to ensure an exceptional experience.

Good hotel very centrally located in Stockholm, yet rather quiet. Good cleaning, but I personally do not like carpets on the floor. Good breakfast buffet overall, with a few glitches.

The staff were very helpful. They made sure we got to the airport for an early flight and packed us a breakfast sandwich.

This hotel was perfectly centrally located. The breakfast was amazing. And the staff were beyond helpful. It was one of my best hotel experiences ever!

Hotel is in a great location for exploring Stockholm. Rooms are small as was our bathroom. Sadly our VIP status wasn’t recognised nor any upgrades, drinks or late check offered.

I really liked the location and the quiet place. The hotel is clean and the staff are very attentive. I would like to return to this hotel for sure. Excellent breakfast.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast and very nice and helpful serviceminded staff. We stayed here during the "Taylor Swift-weekend", and as the rest of the hotelrooms in Stockholm the price was way, WAY over the value of the hotel. But, if the price is a bit lower next time I visit Stockholm, I will consider this hotel as the overall impression is good. The negatives is that the rooms are a bit worn down, the bed needs to be changed/updated, and the wifi was horrible. I mentioned this to the staff, and they suggested it was because the hotell was fully booked. I suggest as an improvement thay you update the wifi to be stable also when you have a lot of guests. I was not streaming or anything demaning much wifi-capacity, only trying to read email/ editing documents (regular work), but not possible. But, overall: good hotell, that I can recommend, mostly because of the staff and the location.

It’s a great location if you’re looking for a Central Park vibe. Was able to walk to the water under 20 mins. The free breakfast was nice. Staff r helpful and friendly. The only downside is my water was lukewarm.
