Nice easy stay before leaving for our cruise

Relatively nice hotel with a good breakfast buffet. My issue was the noisiness of my room. A compressor would kick on every minute, run for a few seconds, and turn off. Another issue was the very dark TV picture. I didn't want to do any adjustment. The location isn't ideal. The airport shuttle has a long cycle.

Everything is good 👍 i love it. Towel and the bedsheets are nice clean. Room nice cold for my temperature. Everything is excellent just the couch 🛋 was cigarette burning. Staff are friendly. The shuttle is on the time. Driver is very nice friendly and professional. I thank everyone 🙏.

No access to evening dining had to go to Subway

Maintenace men were very available (when we arrived) to but in lightbulbs and bring a working TV remote. We didn't notice that the phone was not working right until we tried to call the front desk later that night and she couldn't hear us! The fridge never did get cold.

Chose this hotel 1) as a choice rewards member and 2) the shuttle services covered both the airport and Port Miami. The airport shuttle dropped us off at the wrong hotel. Not terrible, but we did have to walk down to the other location. Check in at the correct site was a breeze. On arrival to our room. AC was set at 45, room was 76. There were no instructions to indicate you were required to inserted your room key into a slot to activate the room "power". AC worked intermittently throughout the night. Was not always a comfortable temperature in the room. With 3 travelers, we booked a room with 2 beds and the convertible sofa bed. Unfortunately, the sofa bed linens did not include a blanket. This is where the experience took a bit of an unfortunate turn. We called the front desk and requested a blanket. The clerk said she was too busy to help and they don't have any blankets. Thinking maybe being busy was a factor, I went to the front desk and waited until she was free before asking about the blanket situation. The clerk was beyond rude. Literally put her hands up on the air, with a not her problem attitude. Stating that blankets are locked up by housekeeping. On-site security even stated they do not have access to those areas. When I asked for a manager, I was told they were not available and there was nothing that could be done. I asked the clerk why the would expect someone who paid $200 for a room to sleep without basic bedding. But we were unable to resolve the situa

Amazing! Great breakfast! Everythjng was clean and the shuttle service to the airport was so nice!

Very accommodating for late checkout and had good variety for the free breakfast. Very close to the airport
