Very nice one night stay.

Ants in the room that got into our food. Reported to front desk and only choice was to change rooms. Was way too late at night to do that, so we threw food away. Mattress was old, thin, and very uncomfortable. Had back ache both mornings because of mattress. Reported to front desk, and they said all mattresses were the same. Sink was clogged in bsthroom. This was fixed but took about an hour because hotel had to go out and buy drano. Hair in the shower, we cleaned up. Fire alarm went off on Friday morning and woke us up and did not shut off for about 30 minutes. Very loud, hurt my ears, very upsetting. Overall, not thrilled at all with poor experience. No apology from hotel front desk for anything.

We stayed in a king room with jetted tub for a mini getaway and had a good stay. The room was clean and the tub was large enough for three people if you wished. The continental breakfast was also good and available from 6-10am.

It is very convenient to the college. The hotel is clean and staff is very nice.

Great breakfast, hot coffee, nice staff

The room was very spacious and fairly clean. The bathroom however was not pleasant with small black flying bugs called drain flies. It was coming from the drain in the middle of the bathroom which was concerning and gross.

Reception was almost aggressively unfriendly. Pool room was cold. Breakfast was lower caliber than we remembered from a previous visit. Stayed two nights, no housekeeping (they didn’t make beds, bring in fresh towels and paper products, or clear away used towels). Everything was clean, though a bit run down.

I was disappointed in this hotel. I don’t believe the bed sheets were clean—the bottom sheet was wrinkled as if it had been slept on. The top sheet was intended for a smaller bed. The furniture in the room was quite worn; stuffing was popping out of the desk chair, the ottoman, and the sofa. The decor throughout the hotel: all brown. When I tried to check out I was not able to get a receipt; the man at the desk explained that a 3rd party booking does not result in a receipt. I have never found that to be the case anywhere else. Breakfast was OK. Not my choice of a place to stay again.

Great location. Comfortable. Good breakfast but somewhat understaffed. Someone had soiled the bathroom outside the swimming pool and once I told the front desk about the accident and the condition of the bathroom, she appreciated but responded that she checked it the night before and it looked ok!!! There was no attempt to get it clean. Still, very good looking hotel with great location!

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Convenient location for attending a weekend event at Empire Dragway in Leicester. Front desk staff was very pleasant and informative. Room and property were very clean. Whirlpool room on first floor was not worth it - lots of noise from the floor above, late into the night. I understand some folks were in town for various weddings at the time, but the hotel is not very sound proofed. The tub also takes forever to fill. A standard room on the highest floor would have been better. Hard mattress, no robes. Ample toiletries, but heavily fragranced shampoo and body wash products. I would consider staying again next time I am in town, as long as it is a room on the top floor. Hotel is conveniently located to fuel and grocery stores, and a Tim Hortons across the street for Canadians who are missing home!

We had an issue with the hotel room but nobody contacted us about it yet.

Due to Expedia screwing up my reservation at a neighboring hotel and their unwillingness to fix their mistake at the hotel I initially booked, I was forced to stay at the Hampton (an overpriced chain that I NEVER stay at). The garbage cans in the parking lot (side & rear of building) were full and needed to be emptied. Breakfast "spread" was impressive and the only positive thing in this entire experience. None of my devices (phone, tablet) would connect to hotel wi-fi.

Nice place but expensive

A great stay! Stephanie at the front desk was a joy to work with for check-in and she didn’t give up until she had figured out an issue with the Expedia check-in and the issue with the in-room WiFi. The housekeeping staff were excellent and kind in their interactions. The breakfast was wonderful: banana pancakes, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, fruit, etc. The young lady keeping the breakfast stocked was also very friendly and personable. The only negative was the beds-for my comfort they were very hard and uncomfortable.

Trip was booked on the incorrect card but other than that stay was fine. Also please get new pillows , the ones in the room are terrible

Nice pool and hot tub. The staff was very friendly and gave us lots of their time, as we had many questions about getting to places. The breakfast was good with many options. The bed was a little saggy in the middle, but not a huge deal. Would definately stay again if we're in the area.
