First room hadn’t been cleaned.

We stayed Wednesday night into thanksgiving so there was no room service. There was breakfast thanksgiving morning. The front desk was friendly, efficient and helpful. The hotel was clean. We got a large room that comfortably held our family of 5.

This is an old hotel that has been refurbished. Bathroom really showing its age. Caulking was old and dirty. Mold growing on caulking in several places.
The breakfast buffet was the worst I have seen in a Holiday Inn. It was not busy, yet there was no sausage or scrambled eggs in the containers. Pancake machine had no batter. Only two cold cinnamon rolls available.
I would not stay here again.

Everything was good except the breakfast. We only had it on our last morning. It was supposed to be open until 10am and we were there around 8:30. Omelets were gone and never refilled. There was very little other egg left. Pancakes were empty. Cinnamon rolls were gone and the attendant switched off the heating lamp so I knew they would not be bringing anymore. For what we paid for this property (high in my opinion) the breakfast was very disappointing.

The African American lady who checked us in was very pleasant and professional. We loved how clean the props was, the pool was amazing. We loved our view, the guest laudry and our breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend for comfort, leisure or business!

They were abnormally strict on check in and check out times. We landed and made it to the hotel around noon, upon walking in to attempt checking in we were looked at like we were crazy for asking before 3-4pm. He said no way and didn’t even want to look at available rooms (yet the parking lot only had 9 cars in it). So we had to leave and come back much later.
Then the next morning a housekeeper manager knocked on our door right at 11:00 saying its check out time. I said we needed 20 more mins, and we got a phone call in the room 10mins later. Other rooms on our floor had already been cleaned, could hear it all morning. Not sure why the property wants the hotel empty from 11-3

Our room had a terrible sewage odor I have never had to ask to change rooms but I did. In morning we were going to have breakfast and there was no hot food. This was almost 8. On a Saturday

The hot tub and pool were dirty filled with hair and had a dirt film on top of the water. There was old food under the beds and inside the pull out bed , the bathroom smelt like sewer . We were locked out of our room bc the key cards wouldn’t work for over an hour . Breakfast was full of empty containers and the food they did have was cold. This is the worst Holiday inn we have ever experienced!

Toilets wouldn’t flush. The elevator was broke. Water pressure was low and, water temperature was barely warm. The steps between the floors not only looked awful but smelled awful as well. The pool and hot tub area was not comfortable to be in because of the amount of chemical in the water and the air. My eyes burned for a couple days after spending a very short time in the pool/hot tub are.

I often stay at Holiday Inn Express while traveling and have come to expect a certain level of consistency. Although there was absolutely nothing wrong with our stay, this particular Holiday Inn Express doesn't quite meet the overall high standard I'm use to experiencing. A little extra sprucing up is in order.

I guess "quiet time" is at 10 so DONT MOVE like AT ALL. We had our kods with us because it was the weekend, everyone knows how kids are. But literally we got called on so lich for the littlest things it SUCKED. Couldnt enjoy ourselves, if i would of known about this "quiet time" we would of never booked there to begin with.the pool is overpoweribg by chlorine smell it burns your eyes and gives you an instant headache.

Tile in entryway & bathroom were sticky upon arrival, not cleaned well, TV & phone did not work & it was so hot in the room we had to turn the a/c on 65 degrees & keep it there or it was too hot to sleep.
Carpet throughout the entire hotel was stained & disgusting.

Absolutely horrific; children above us running all hours of the night; several trios to front desk to complain with next stop calling the police; staff did nothing to stop noise; room on first floor by conference room that had a conference starting at 7:30 AM ON A SUNDAY! Seriously? Why do you have regular rooms by your conference room? Our room especially bathroom had first in the corners and looked like old mold they tried to cover up; mattress felt like it was sleeping in a box springs…no cushion to it all; hot water in am for shower had to keep bumping every few mins to hotter and hotter cause it kept getting colder and colder

The desk clerk was professional and efficient. The first room they gave me must have been smoked in and they sprayed too much deodorizer, you could almost taste. The desk clerk quickly gave me a different room and even brought me the key cards. I greatly appreciated his quick response!

Pool was nasty with algae in it. The upper embedding machine was out of order. The breakfast didn’t have biscuits to go with the gravy. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

My check-in was a nightmare. The booking was mixed up somehow and it took 45 minutes to clear the issue with Hotels.com. The receptionist was AMAZING though! He was understanding, patient, and accomodating. The stay was great.
