Beautiful hotel to look at - but as often is when you look closer behind the beauty you really see what is there. Reception staff on the whole excellent, staff beyond there can’t comment as interactions were limited.
Food is extremely repetitive and extremely bland. No variation and for the price it certainly is not worth the money paid. Drinks are the same, pre made syrup cocktails - only good bar is the sports one where they treat you well and offer better drinks. Had 2 days in bed with a bad stomach - wouldn’t wish to comment on the cause.
Room itself looks great. Except paper peeling off the ceilings and a never ending issue with the shower tray filling up to ankle height no matter how long you’re in the shower meaning you feel disgusting even when getting out. Beds were made daily but don’t believe they were cleaned or swept thoroughly. Found tiny bugs on the final day as a straw to break the camels back.
Had to book this hotel last minute due to my original one cancelling and paid £550 more to go here - for £2760 for a week I would expect a hell of a lot more. An awful stay overall. Best part about it was the fantastic weather and views provided from the hillside position of the hotel.

What I didn’t like about the property was that the air condition was turned off and it was monitored and sent to a specific temperature. The food was good. The room size was good as well. I also didn’t like that transportation to the beach Cut off times were early.

The hotel if self is nice, clean and the rooms fine. The food for us was awfull, not fresh and poor quality. Drinks and water taste bad. The entertainment was really cheap, Same entertainment people every night miming to songs. Walks into town difficult. The best thing was the beautifull view which is spectacular.

From arrival, the reception staff, the cleaning, restaurant,bar staff were all very friendly, the food was excellent, hot food was hot. No shortage of anything, and free bus down to the beach was ver welcoming as the hotel sits high up. Would definitely recommend.

The pools and sun lounging areas are up high so had a nice refreshing breeze most days. Lots of shade available to avoid midday sun. Staff are very warm and always helpful. There’s an outside terrace for the main restaurant which overlooks the beach and I really enjoyed all the food. Rooms are nicely laid out with a balcony. But if you smoke on the balcony it’s goes into to your neighbours air con….so please don’t!

when you want to know for sure if someone is happy with the hotel where they stayed , ask him a question. Would he go back to that hotel next time?I must honestly say that I will definitely be a guest of this hotel again and enjoy all the charms of a beautiful room with a view of the most beautiful beach on the island, top specialties of the best chefs, extremely friendly staff and impeccable cleanliness of the whole hotel.

The room with sea facing balcony is spacious and a great shower. Downsides is the climb up from the beach there is a shuttle bus in the hour up til around 5 but otherwise a tough climb for 20-30 minutes or a taxi. The inclusive drinks are local so the quality and taste is poor. The wine was largely in drinkable and spirits just are not the same as branded drinks. Three pools on three levels but if you like to swim go to the sea as lots of kids splashing and jumping an adults only pool or swimming lane would be good. Entertainment is fine but very much family or older focused and ends around 10.00 so if you want a late night head to town or the pubs further up the hill.

Great all inclusive hotel for those who like mass tourisme from Northern Europe, relaxing at the pool, evening shows and all you can eat and drink buffet all day long. If you would like to experience the local culture, stay away from this hotel and the Puerto Rico/Amadores area in general. The hotel has an incredible sea view and rooms are okay, so it depends on what you want.
Btw, compared to the 4 other hotels we visited in Gran Canaria, this is the hotel who cared by far the less about the covid social distancing rules in the elevators, dinner area, and during the evening shows. The sun beds were also way to close to each other too maintain the 1,5 m rule in Spain.

Booked this kind of last minute. Originally we booked a suite but the only ones left were on lower floors and there’s a net that blocks the view on floors 1&2. I asked to move to a double room on higher floor (4th floor) and it was perfect. The view is spectacular. Food was ok but we were happy to be at all inclusive resort.

From the moment you walk in this hotel shows it’s class, there is a fragrance pumped into the lobby , it smells divine. Safety wise there is a temperature camera in reception in constant use.The rooms are spacious and comfortable with amazing views also super cleanThe food has a large selection, is fresh and varied , the Asian restaurant is also very niceBar service is great and the bar is sanitized between customers The pools are warm and always sunnySafety is extremely important Customer service is greatFacilities are greatAnimation and fitness team are great fun

Brilliant hotel, with excellent service, really help staff all round. We came to the hotel early, reception staff still allowed us to check in early, from the start we knew we are in a good hotel due to how helpful they were. Lot of thanks to the reception staff, we forgot his name, he helped to to book our dolphin trip. We will return again.

The hotel is on a variety of levels, lifts can become busy at peek times but the upside is the bars and restaurants and pools all have different views, making a better experience when all inclusive. So much variety. Beds excellent.
Only one thing that we could honestly like, would have been a bigger balcony. But all balcony’s are the same size the stunning views make up for it.
We will differently be back this year
