Property is tried and needs remodeling. Bathroom was dirty—moldy shower and dirty baseboards. Good breakfast.

We showed up just after noon hoping to get ready for an early wedding. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and was able to get us checked in early so we could get ready. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Only room for improvement is the pillows were lacking substance, but that seems to be the way of all hotels.

Terrible internet service and a very large group of children who were unsupervised and very loud. Hotel staff wanted to be helpful but internet service being out fr a storm from a month ago is unacceptable.

Very dirty room and bathroom, no cleaning service at all to reply and refresh the room, bathroom ceilings were very dirty and the floor had hair from previous guests. Mattresses were just awful!

Very nice place to stay. Reception staff were extremely helpful and cordial. Room was clean and spacious. Nice sitting are with fire pit to socialize. Swimming pool was clean.

This property is perfectly located. Unfortunately its very very outdated inside and the pool was tiny. There were five people in it so I decided not to get in. My initial room smelled moldy (old ) overbearing as I knew I would have woke up with a headache. I went to tha front desk and they switched me to a lower floor as the cleaning staff was aware of the smell and said renovations are coming soon. The bed was comfortable and room was clean and the second room was not overbearing on smell.
Renovations would make this place excellent staff was great.

Staff were very pleasant. Easy access to shopping and highway. My first Joyce is to stay at the Hampton Inn however this property needs significant updating in the rooms. It does not appear to be the same standard.

Staff very friendly and polite . Pool was nice . Bed was comfy . Tv too small for my older eyes to see from bed Air conditioner rattled and made weird noises when it shut off and came back on . Not great sleep because of this . Heard footsteps from above me . But overall nice hotel .

Staff was great! But the bed closest to our room bathroom was dipping in the middle. My husband had to put pillows in the middle to stop us from rolling .

We were in Knoxville for a wedding and the Hampton Inn was lovely. No complaints. Check in was quick, our room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was excellent. I am now a fan of Hampton Inns!

Breakfast was overwhelmed by a soccer team eating all at once. No seating, food was low. When large groups check in and are going to eat together it would be nice to give other patrons a heads up on the timing.
