Right in the center of Pereira, close to our favorite shopping center. Very friendly staff, excellent porch with a view to have your breakfast. Small hotel but you feel very comfortable and at home, great breakfast! We will be back for sure!

What a great stay. Hector and other staff will ensure you leave happy and they repeatedly express that to you. I needed a cappuccino but they do not have a espresso machine but Hector went a got it from a near by coffee shop for us a few times. Hotel is clean and they do your laundry if needed.

Hector and other staff are very accommodating and polite. Hotel is beautiful, clean and bed comfy. You can walk on Circunbalar street and find nice restaurants, bars and malls.

Really pretty, clean hotel with wonderful staff and a great breakfast. The location in the city is great too. Unfortunately there is a disco next door and they’re allowed to play music at full blast until 1-2am. It’s absolutely ludicrous that the city would allow that considering there are hotels all around that area. The staff is so nice and the room we had was really comfortable-until the music started just as we were trying to go to sleep around 10. Maybe the rooms towards the back of the hotel are quieter - we had one up front right next to the disco :-(

The hotel is extremely clean, the included breakfast was great, the staff and location were perfect! The room was also clean and comfortable and the shower had very strong water pressure.

It is professionally run by caring staff. It is very clean and has a nice ambiance.

All the staff were especially helpful and friendly. My Spanish is not great so I was happy to learn that the desk attendent could help us out by speaking English when necessary. There was no communication problem at all. The bar/restaurant was conven ient and we had a very high quality breakfast included in our room rate.

We were greeted with a smile by everyone we met, and they went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed, whether it was ordering a taxi, offering us coffee, or even loaning us towels for a day trip elsewhere. Breakfast was fantastic, with enough variety to keep us looking forward to it every day of our 6-night stay. I really liked the option of sitting on the patio in the morning while we enjoyed our coffee. The rooms were small, but clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for the location. The wi-fi never let us down, which was important because we used it to organize our days with family in the area.I was worried that my inability to speak Spanish would be a problem, but Danny (who appears to work there 24/7) is completely bilingual and we had no trouble communicating with the rest of the staff either.This was not a shiny new highrise hotel, but it is a great little taste of Colombian hospitality. I'd certainly go back.

From the minute we arrived in our taxi from the Pereira airport and were greeted at the door by Danny, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay at Hotel Castilla Real! Its in a great location, the rooms are a good size and well-appointed, the beds were comfortable. But best of all, the staff was very attentive to our entire group (especially Danny) and made us feel entirely at home. Its a great value and just an all-round great place to stay!

We arrived very late and the hotel staff was waiting for us....we were able to arrange airport service prior to arrival, made it very easy for us

3 nights stay. Everything was OK. Hotel is close to shopping, bars and restaurant area. A little bit noise due traffic in the room, that can be easily fixed with double glass windows, but nothing major.

We were very impressed with the treatment we received from all the staff. Check in and check out were quick.

The room is a few litle; I will like only a few larger the room.
