Very old and outdated property. Nothing luxurious about this hotel. Towels were terrible, 10 years old and like sand paper. Just an aver hotel u would pay $40 a night for in America. For current comparison this is a very expensive hotel, but we wouldn't stay again. Much better hotels in marmaris for the same price.

Pro's:- The rooms are very gorgeous, clean and big. This is one of the nicest hotel rooms i've stayed at. The air conditioning works very well, which is a big plus during hot summer days in Marmaris. The balcony view was simply breathtaking- The reception staff are nice and accommodating. They were always willing to help and tried their best when we needed to leave our luggages in the lobby, early or late checking/checkout, etc. - The rooms are soundproof - The restaurant service was fastCons:- The hotels beach is not sandy, but very rocky- The craziest and the least logical thing about this hotel is that you are not allowed to bring your own beverages into the hotel and as a result are forced to buy their overpriced bottles. This rule should be completely removed. I've never seen this in any other hotel and guests should not be limited and dependent on the restaurant for drinks.- The hotels restaurants free breakfast was very dissapointing. We were supposed to have 2 omelettes in our meal, but we always received one small omelette. We asked if we can get two, but they told us we have to pay extra for another one. On top of that, we were told on our first morning that coffee was free, but later told us we have to pay for it. This service was very dissapointing and the restaurant staff quickly became unwelcoming after we complained. We never returned during dinner or lunch services as a result.

It is not nothing close to a luxury hotel. Don’t believe in the pictures. The mattress was really uncomfortable.

Pretty clean, friendly staff, walking distance to anything one might need. Chill, clean beach.

We spent a wonderful two nights at this hotel! The location was perfect--right on the beach and not too far from the marina. The hotel itself was lovely, and we adored all of the details such as beautifully tiled floors and comfortable clean rooms. Furthermore, the staff were really helpful in accommodating us. Breakfast was delightful (traditional turkish breakfast), and the manager, Ayse, explained that the jams served were actually homemade by her, so of course we purchased our favorite jams to bring back home! Additionally, Ive got a gluten allergy so she was able to make the necessary arrangements for dinner. On our last day, we explained to Ayse that werent able to make it to breakfast so she kindly arranged for sandwiches to be made for our journey. Overall, Ayse and the rest of the staff were very kind and welcoming, and the hotel exceeded all of our expectations!

Requested 2 twin beds and called the hotel before arrival to confirm the request and they said that they will make sure they are 2 twin beds. Arrived there and it is one large bed. Had to call the reception and he said that there are no other room available so I had to ask for another blanket! The next day I had to ask for new towels because they didn’t change the towels! I asked for shower gel 3 times and i end up with shampoo! They DON’t have shower gel! The breakfast is very very poor as seen in the pictures. This is breakfast for 2!!! Anything other than this is extra even WATER. We asked to speak with the manager many times but we end up speaking to her after we already checked out! There is a private beach but most if not all of the first row is reserved for external customers as shown in the picture!

Two in a room was a tight, but doable. Located on the Main Street, steps from the beach. Nice area. View is of another building, but painted to create a garden effect. Room was clean. I arrived 10 min before close of breakfast and was told breakfast was over.... whomp whomp.

Welcoming and good service. Room clean and well appointed. Good location for restaurants and strolling the waterfront.

Amazing stay, i love this hotel. Been in Marmaris for a few weeks now and stayed in a lot of hotels. By far this is the best one. The only downside is there is no one at reception half of the time, but other than that thımbs up from me!

I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and this is what I rate this hotel. Staff, room quality for the price and comfort is the highest quality. I highly recommend this as it is in my top three hotels in the world !

No parking, no extra towels, no bell boy services. Staff is rude. The room was specious and updated.

Staff were friendly,service at restaurant, room and on the beach made it convenient. They even exchanged currency for us at the rate with no commission. The hotel private beach was amazing! Only drawback was the room given to us had a balcony which was on a dead end so there was no day light.

Great location on the beach although our economy room didn't command any sort of view - just an internal space housing the fire escape stairway, although it had been painted with a pretty mural to make it a bit more interesting. Extremely tight for space in the bathroom mainly due to a sink that is far too big for the room but the decor and the usable space in the bedroom were appreciated. Good air con too, which was needed as we didn't have fresh air from the window.

The location of the hotel was brilliant, On the beach and not so congested, for the price this was a lovely stay with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, For a cheap get away this is a amazing hotel to stay at with friendly staff, Only thing that I would recommend is the hotel does not have a safe inside the room. However aside from this, very beautiful hotel with beautiful views. Amazing food and shower and also very very nice staff.

Arrived late and the receptionist was waiting for us. Had a sea view room, spectacular views of the bay with an extremely comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom with decent shower. Breakfasts were fab, could have either Turkish or English. Staff were very attentive and excellent to talk to. Couldn’t wish for a better hotel, very happy with our stay. Thank you to all of the staff

Location was fine No safe facilties on offer although initial impressipn given when booking hotel that safe facilities were available. Breakfast served could have been better I mean one boiled egg a couple of bread rolls a little salad and cheese for one person was a little meagre
