A nice stay in a nice area.
We especially liked that the hotel is very close to the train station and also groceries.
A very good base for daytrips around the Kamakura area.

Convenient location. Near ofuna stations where you can take going to good locations. A lot of food stalls around the area as well! Easy check in and check out.

I asked for a quiet room, and was assigned to one facing the railway. No possible to open the window because of the noise. When I reported it to another staff, he tried to help me and gave a pair of earplugs.

If you have large luggage, access wise this is the hotel you should chose in Ofuna town.Take the lift ( elevator) from platform, when you get to exit level, take the closest exit gate which is North gate also called Kasamaguchi gate. There is a lift when you walk towards right side. Take that lift and go down to the street level. Across the tragic light. After a few minutes walk, you arrive in Fresa In Kasamaguchi.

This was an affordable and comfortable hotel in a very convenient location. The hotel was only a couple minutes walk from the train station, and the station is a short train ride away from Kamakura. If you're looking for a more luxurious stay, this probably isn't what you want. That said, I definitely felt I got my money's worth and would stay here again.

There are many bed bugs and smelled like cigarettes. And one of the females stuff was not so friendly.
I hope they can improve the cleanliness.

The level of unpleasant smell is like you are in a room with several people smoking. Once you stepped out of the lift on your floor, you can feel this. And of course, the room was the same. Comfortable stay with everything we needed. Really easy to get to Kamakura and surrounding area and practical for the return train to Narita. This is not the Town for you if you want to be with other tourists however. Very much a place to be with the locals

location is very convenient- less than 5 minutes from ofuna station. Room is similar to most of these types of hotels but a bit tired and is a bit noisy with buzzing sounds and water pipes sounds in the room.

The hotel was fantastic! Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is really nothing to write home about though for 600 yen, you get what you pay for. The location is very central to all the attractions in the surrounding area and as the hotel is super close to the train station it is very easy to get to anywhere. We liked the quiet pass of Ofuna!

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the train station. We wanted to visit Kamakura and Hase for one day and be able to easily access the airport on our last day. Ofuna is on the Narita Express train which goes directly to the international terminal at the airport.
This little hotel is much less expensive than staying in Tokyo or Kamakura and was very clean and comfortable.We had read that the rooms were tiny so we booked 2 rooms side by side which was perfect for me and my husband.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and even gave us umbrellas to use for our stay. There is a little cafe attached to the hotel lobby which is very convenient for breakfast or afternoon snack. The train station also has many different food offerings and a nice shopping centre.
We were delighted with our stay at Sotetsu Fresca Inn Kamakura-Ofuna.
