a good , comfort and clean location to stay.

Service and staff attitude as a whole is fine, because we did not have any chance to get in touch with them except at the time we checked in. But one point being worth mentioning is that the hotel staff would switch the one-way escalator (which is all the way going up) to cater the need of ONE Japanese customer and disregard the need of other hotel users (including us, who were at that time coming back and had to use the escalator to go up to the hotel lobby). It is very interesting and let us experience how “welcoming” the Nagoya people are.

The staff at the front desk was super helpful and friendly, and they speak good English. The hotel property is rather small, and does not have a proper lobby. The check in desk/reception is located on the 2nd floor. There is an escalator going up to the reception, however they just have stairs for coming down to the ground floor. It would be a big hassle if you need to carry your luggage down when you are departing the hotel. The staff can help you bring the luggage down if they are are available. The room is clean and reasonably spacious for two people.

Room (deluxe twin with balcony) is large, so makes it comfortable. Beds are huge. Only problems are no escalator to get down (use stairs), no alerts on whether the 2 washer/dryers are in use (and only 2).

I gave 5 stars for this hotel will definitely stay again. Thank you for the good service.

Beautiful hotel! Very spacious and comfortable room. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We loved everything about this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I like the place

The staff at the front could speak English pretty well, but their customer service and helpfulness without seeming like we were stressing them out or bothering them was incredible. We went our luggage ahead of us to Kyoto and the gentleman helped me fill out the form and was very kind. They seemed genuinely nice and like they wanted to help. Not the fake overly niceness of some receptionists. The aircon in the room actually worked and it worked very quickly. The room was clean and large for the price and type of hotel. The linens were clean and soft. The only thing is that it isn't around a lot of shopping, but that's just one stop away on the metro. This was a great hotel to stay at for the price. If you want breakfast though, you have to ask for it when you're making your reservation or contact them 2 days ahead of time. There is a Family Mart literally next door, so that wasn't a problem for us. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no coffee in the room; only roasted tea and matcha.

Spacious compare to others city hotels in Japan, clean and tidy. but only have 2 laundry machines on 12/F so waited a few hours to wash clothes

This hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable night's stay in Nagoya without the cost of a high-end luxury hotel. The room was clean and quiet, and dark, so we could sleep longer. Enough space to open and sort through luggage. Recommended!

Very friendly and polite staff. Hotel is within walking distance to the train station that connects to everywhere. There is a lot of dining options in the area as well. Hotel is clean and very spacious.

Limited room spaces

Check in easy, staff very friendly. Quiet location, not a far walk from Fushimi station. Convenience stores very close by. Room & hotel very clean. Many restaurants close by. Highly recommend

Hotel room a bit small, but you can find everything you need. It would be better to have ventilation in washroom. Hotel is near to metro station, around 7-10 min walk. There are convenient stores near hotel.

The staff were very helpful. We checked in early but they took our luggage up to the room when it was ready. The room and hotel were clean. Room was spacious.

The room is terrible I found a used tooth brush on the mattress No one off use slippers were provided It claims there is car park slot but in fact I need to pay the outside parking slot Overall speaking I strongly recommend travellers not to go there

Close to everything you need

Checkin and checkout were easy. Room was big (for Japan). Was easy to from Nagoya Station (2 subway stops and 5 minute walk).
