Apartment very clean and close to strip staff attentive

This holiday was a very last minute option for me and my husband, we booked it on the Monday evening and went on the the Tuesday. The Maribel apartments in Puerto del carmen was one of the cheapest options and it suited us both fine. Nevertheless, when we arrived at the apartments we were very pleasantly surprised with how lovely, clean and bright the whole complex was. We were even more delighted when we discovered our basic room was actually a very well equiped 1 bedroomed apartment. The apartment had everything you could need in it Iron, Microwave, brilliant hob and oven and large fridge freezer. The apartment also had a very large balcony with a separate section for you to dry clothes on. The pool area was very clean and well looked after, also not to busy with plenty of bed (possibly this may have been the time of year). The cleaner did our apartment about 3 times during our stay and we were also provided with toilet rolls, washing up liquid and dish clothes. Not that we stayed in and cleaned much but if you have a family with you these basic touches help to keep down the costs for you.
The apartment Maribel is situated in a really great location on the lively strip of Puerto del carmen however, the bars appeared to close about midnight and the area was really quiet for sleeping.
Really loved it and will definitely be going back in the future

Whilst we checked in late, the check-in was easy enough with pre-notified information.
Everything clean, tidy and well equipped. Loads of space in the apartment. All the staff were very friendly. Housekeeping go above and beyond.
Thoroughly enjoyable stay and will definitely see us back there.

Weather was fantastic the accommodation is perfect location for bars restaurants beech ect. Very clean nice Appartments. Basic but sufficient if that’s what you are looking for. Stayed here a good few times and will return. Good check in no issues.

Мы были полностью довольны. В аппартаментах есть всё необходимое, кухня и посуда чистая, ничего не надо перемывать. Замечательный вид с балкона на бассейн, пальмы и море. И до пляжа близко, через дорогу. С удовольствием бы вернулись сюда ещё.

We paid you for a 2bed apartment and only got a 1bed someone rang the day before to say they was a one bedroom.

No hot water. Complained but nothing done for the three days we were there, so no showers. Mattress had springs and you could feel every one. Asked for extra pillows, had to ask again so only supplied for the last night. On day of checkout we took luggage to our car leaving a bag containing the I pad, and laptop locked in the apartment. When we returned the apartment was unlocked and the cleaner had removed our goods. This happened before the check out time. Free wi fi. Good thing, it was rubbish. Best thing about our stay, it was only 3 days. Would never recommend these apartments.

Very poor standard, railing on the balcony very loose, shower is very tiny and several cracks on shower tray and is very slippy - few accident whilst having a shower. Fridge light do not work, one of light in main area do not work either, Windows frames are falling apart, bedding sheets have not been change for 12 days, the mattress are awful, the sofa is very difficult to sit/ relax on. The wifi is very intermittent and extremely slow to use. Towels changes every 2 days but sometime when changes, the towel smelt awful.

Stayed with family at room 40. Spacious and clean, but as others have said, parts of the decor could do with upgrade (the flooring of our room was apparently recently done though to a good standard, so work is clearly ongoing). Very friendly staff, good location and good value for money, so would not hesitate staying there again.

5 of us booked into room 6 for a week during the Lanzarote ironman. I was worried at first as I thought it we would be living on top of one another, however it was fine. The rooms were spacious and cleaned 4 times during our stay and the staff were friendly. We were right on the front and there are plenty of decent bars and restaurants nearby. The pool was small and only a few sunbeds but we always got some as the hotel was quiet. Overall it was ideal for the cost as we were on a budget.

Very nice, close to beach, shops, restaurants, but peaceful and secluded. Pool was cleaned every day and rooms were spotless. Shower was a little cramped, but that was the only failing. would go back.

Overall we had a very good experience, Havier ,Marylou and staff exellent.the apartments need modernisation. I would have no hesitation returning. the only caviot i would add we obviously can only for the apartment we stayed in

Small complex of apartments, relaxing surroundings, suitable for all, who are looking for quiet stay. However lively streets with numerous restaurants, bars, shops (grocery, beauty shops, pharmacy) and even doctors are just around the corner. The complex was very well maintained and taken care of by local staff - always helpful (Javier rocks!). There's a pool in the complex and variety of beaches within few minutes walk - just choose. If you have a back problems, get ready for the beds and pillows though... Overall - we got what we payed for - you don't pay Hilton - don't expect Hilton. All was according with budget we had. We will surely be back.

Very nice setteing with mature gardens around the appartments, Really spacious and good location for bars ect. No noise from street or bars or clubs. Very nice, would use again.
