The room was not as equity as I would have liked. Mostly due to inconsiderate guests in the hallways. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The room was clean,as was the hotel. Close to shopping,walmart,& multiple restaurants/fast food. Fridge didn't get cold enough to safely keep food or milk in it though.( Even after putting it on maximum cold for 2 days.) Unfortunately they also gave me a room with a connecting door& i could hear the family with a crying baby& another young child through the door so loud it was like they were in my room. Also the hotel is in the airport& air force base flight path,so loud low flying plane noise.However,i would stay there again.

Even though we found out before booking that the hot tub and pool was suppose to be working...when we went to use the pool and hot tub..it was not working. Third time this has happened....no more staying here. Hot tub was the only reason we booked at this location.

I will definitely stay here again. Staff were fantastic. Hotel was quiet despite being near the airport. Property inside and out was new looking. Breakfast was good. Nice little shop for snacks and a few frozen food and sandwich options. The only issue was a little mold in the caulking of the shower.

Everyone was very pleasant since I have checked in. When I return to Charleston I would definitely stay here, the staff very polite and respectful. 10 out of 10. You don’t get service like to much any more. Thanks

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is so close to the airport and since we got in late, this was really helpful. The room was large, bigger than standard hotel rooms and very clean.
The only thing is if you stay in the front of the hotel you will hear Cars on the Main Street.

The staff was great the only negatives was bug in our room (happens in SC) pulled the couch back to kill it and found a treasure trove of dirt, paper, nuts and the pool had floating debri in it. One of the better holiday inns ive stayed in. I would stay here again, based on the courtesy and friendliness of the staff.

Great breakfast, but the staff was rude, there were ants all in the bed of our first room and the next room was nasty as well with brown stains on the carpet, a ring around the bath tub and hairs all in the bottom, the shampoo and conditioner was empty on the wall.. just not a great experience at all there.

Made two attempts to ensure shuttle would be able to get us from the airport in a timely matter. Had to call from airport when we landed instead - fine, its 12:30am, middle of the night, 6 minutes away, shouldn't be an issue. Had to wait 25 minutes and make another call to get driver on the road. So we did'nt get to the hotel till 1am. No 'sorry' or anything. We could have walked at that rate. Second time i called she said 'i will walk out the door now' and we had called 15 minutes before that. Room not on great shape, very loud rattle in AC keeping me up throughout the night. Housekeepers yelling down the hall to each other woke me up in the AM.

We arrived in town early in the day and even though it was to early to check-in, we stopped by the hotel to ask a few questions. The lady at the front desk was the rudest, most unhelpful person I'd run into in a very long time. Later in the evening when we came back to actually check-in the gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I'd gotten his name so that I could actually mention it here.
