Staff was friendly, bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was dated, couch and duvet cover were stained.

In the hotel information it stated valuables could be kept at reception, however when i asked they didn't seem to understand what to do. Eventually a member of staff produced an envelope for me to put my valuables in! Needless to say, i didn't take them up on this.

The location is great! Within walking distance to the monorail station and kokusai dori. There are many food places around the hotel too! The room is on the small side but is usual for most Japanese hotels. However, the WiFi is a little choppy sometimes.

Situated close to their local department store Ryubo and the monorail station. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. It’s possible to leave your luggage here for hours and go on a shopping spree on the last day.

Bedsheets were not perfectly clean: this is the only negative point I can recall. The breakfast was great as well as the overall restaurant. The local of the hotel is perfect and the staff very friendly.

The wifi connection in the room is very poor. Although the staff was very nice and willing to help, the problem did not solve at all.

The location is good and easy to find. There are a lot of restaurants nearby the hotel.

Lobby has a free drink dispenser that serves cold/hot drinks. Located 5 mins walk to Kencho mae monorail station and makes it very accessible to restaurants and attractions in the city area. Unfortunately, hotel do not provide free bottled water but can be purchased from the convenience store just across the road. For those who wish to drive, need to consider additional charges by hotel for parking. Overall, my stay at Nishitetsu Resort Inn Naha was an enjoyable experience.

v good location near yui rail, kokusai dori and bus terminal making our travel easy even without a car. room is comfy and clean. staff is polite and helpful. not forgetting the many food options near the hotel.

This hotel is very clean. Compared to America the staff is super nice, but Okinawans are usually super nice anyway. The toom was a tad small so if youre staying with someone make sure you like them a whole lot lol. There’s a Lawson’s near by-about a 2 minute walk which was perfect. There’s a vending machine in the ice room with alcohol and coffee. I would definitely want to stay here again. I was there for 9 days and the parking garage was ¥9600. Not bad. The owl bar is right next door and the main street with all the shops (i forgot what its called) is about a 15 minute walk. I cant wait to come back!

Place is nice for a 3* hotel. Only thing I would complain about is pillows were rather hard, the buffet breakfast was average and lacked flavour and variety, and when it rained they have limited umbrellas available for clients to use but other then that place was a delight to stay at.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent location. Near to train station and many restaurants. Staffs are friendly and welcoming.

Exceeded my expectations. Room was immaculate, for convenience it had a built in refrigerator, kettle , shower/bath and you were supplied with your personal bathrobe. Area centrally located to Yui monorail , close to convenience stores . Staff helpful in directions even took me literally by hand showing me where monorail is located. Helped me adjust A/C . Did everything possible to make my stay comfortable. They EXCEEDED !! Next time I’m in Naha , I know where I’m going! Did I mention the price was very reasonable too ? Loved it ❤️ Thank You Nishitetsu !!!!!

Great location which easily access to the international street and monorail station which is within 5 min walking distance..staff performance was excellent.. the breakfast is good enough and multiple choices.. Definitely Will come back again..
