I had to stay there since my flight was delayed 1 day. The staff was really friendly, however the main feature that is being close to the airport is lost with the fact that the Shuttle (that is announced in the Hotels.com page) was not available due to a mechanic reparation. Then, the room was really clean and it was just OK in the comfort scale, however the WiFi NEVER WORKED!!! This got me really upset because I needed to contact several people to let them know about my flight situation and I couldn't do it properly because of faulty WiFi. Regarding the location, it was OK since in my situation I needed something close to the Airport, the only thing is that at night there is a "factory" smell that invades the whole neighborhood and well, it took a strong will from me to go to sleep.

I like the property’s efforts to become a more sustainable company. The staff was great and attentive. My favorite part of the stay was the high quality toilet paper that’s really rare to find in Mexico. I suppose it’s becuase of their drainage systems, but at least this toilet paper did not dissolve at the touch. The only issue we had was the design of the shower. The showerhead shoots straight out into the bathroom floor and the curtain isn’t long enough to stop the bathroom from becoming a safety hazard. Your best bet is to lay down a towel and try to block the water with your body. There was a heating unit/ac in the room which was amazing to have since its been chilly. Unfortunately we didn’t wake up in time for breakfast but there is free coffee and tea in the lobby. There is also a vending machine with a variety of items: chips, razors, shampoo, in case you forgot something. Next door you will find an OXXO convenience store for snacks. And about two miles away is a small shopping plaza. I would definitely come back again.

It was a convenient to select a hotel close to the airport, facilities look new but some how not clean, not many options to eat near by after 11pm

Staff very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was very good more chairs and tables will help

Very good service staff and people , free transport for the AirPort ...................

Neither housekeeping personnel or some guests showed respect for people that just want to sleep and rest. Noisy too early in the morning by housekeeping services and young guests without supervision were laughing and running up and down the hallways at 2 in the morning. I had to call the front desk and ask them to tell the youngsters to keep it down, but nothing was done about it.
