The hotel was well kept, clean and comfortable. I only stayed for 1 night, but I really enjoyed the room and the hotel. The breakfast was also enjoyable.

Repeat customer and it is a nice facility with excellent value. 4 am the front desk was unattended and I left my keys in the room while trying to leave and front door was locked. Fortunately somebody in our room was up. Small point. Still top review in all respects.

We came into town to catch an Orioles game, but we didn’t want to stay in Baltimore. This hotel offered the perfect alternative at only about 45 minutes from the stadium. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and looked new and modern. Our room was very spacious and clean. We had little interaction with staff because we only stayed 1 night.
My only negative would be the ridiculously expensive food and drink prices for snacks! $4 for a mini bag of pretzels is insane! We were just looking for a late night snack for the kids… ended up going to the gas station up the road.
Overall for the price this hotel is a hidden gem!

The double queen suite was very roomy, with a kitchen area sink, mini fridge, microwave,and long countertops. The dest separating the sitting are from the beds was nice to sit around during our down time. The facility, however, is neglecting many mechanical problems. There was only one air unit in the large room, and the room was never able to reach a comfortable temperature. The hallways, elevator, and lobby were muggy and hot during our stay. Both ice machines in the lobby and 3rd floor were out of order. The elevator was clunky and making grinding sounds, many guests chose to use the stairs. Overall, a very clean hotel, but general matinence is being neglected.

We returned to the hotel after midnight and could not find a parking spot, so we had to park at the main doors. The continental breakfast was decent; the staff even replenished 15 minutes before closing time, which was great for late comers. I liked the cleanliness and high ceiling in the room, but it was dark.

Overall, it was clean and quiet - I would give it a 4-star rating. However, this particular branch does not compare to the Hampston Inn & Suites that I recently stayed at in Wheeling, WV. This reservation was booked thinking that the Edgewood branch would be similar in facility. I was a bit disappointed that the suite bathroom was not set up for handicapped individuals. My fiance has had several strokes, and was unable to use the shower, as the room only provided a step-in tub, and he cannot physically step into a tub.

I was in Bel Air to coach at a lacrosse tournament. We had left the NY Metro area at 6 am. Our first game was not until 2:40 that afternoon. I called to see if we could get an early check in. Mr. Shah was very accomodating. He directed us to a place to have lunch and upon our return as promised we were able to check in early and get some rest prior to coaching 3 games. The room was spacious and very clean. I thought the beds were extremely comfortable. It was exceptionally hot and the AC in the room kept us cool and comfortable. Thanks Mr. Shah. He knows customer service is important, and he delivers.

The hotel was spotless. Check in was very easy. Although I didn’t use the pool or gym, they seemed very nice and outfitted with a large amount of gym equipment. The rooms were spacious and water pressure was wonderful. I enjoyed my overnight stay very much

All the Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The gift bag w/ the water bottles was appreciated. The breakfast buffet was very adequate, and provided many options. The room was clean and cool when we arrived. For our needs(lax tourney), the location was ideal(only 8mins to Copperplex). The gym was sufficient! We did not get a chance to use the indoor pool. Would recommend and stay again.

Very clean, professional staff - comfortable beds. We arrived arrived 9:30 pm and most of the dining in the area was closed by then so we had to grab something instead of eating out but other than that it was a wonderful experience/

We expected SO much more from Hilton branded hotels. My husband has had 2 back surgeries and we've stayed at Hampton Inns several times in the past and he's never had issues with the mattresses as he's had at this one. He's complained the mattress hurt his back every morning.
Add to it the fact that there were several parents there with young children, perhaps little league baseball teams and the children were unruly and unsupervised and so many times through the night they would knock on our door and doors of other guests and run. We called the front desk numerous times and absolutely NOTHING was done. The young man who was the front desk clerk in the evening was at his wit's end because he could do absolutely nothing to help and said himself that he'd talked to the parents but they would do nothing to rein their kids in.

Difficult one……the hotel was packed full of rowdy kids. Management don’t seem to care, so we won’t be stopping at this property again.
If you’re looking for a chill out forget this location.
