The King Suite was spacious with 2 TVs, a sofa & kitchenette area (microwave, mini fridge, sink); there were no glasses, cutlery or dishware — might be something you need to ask for.
Bed was firm-ish, but comfortable.
Pool & hot tub we’re nice, bright and clean. Hot tub could use more powerful jets but it’s still enjoyable
Bistro area for breakfast is 22.50 / adult (14.50/child, I think) for the buffet but you can also buy smaller breakfast sandwiches etc. The buffet has pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt, mini cereal boxes and more; there’s a self-serve area for coffee, tea & juice. There is some table service too.
It’s convenient when working nearby. I’d stay there again

Great location, especially if you like to walk. Beautiful park and a bit further to downtown by way of pedestrian bridges. Underground parking as well is a great amenity.

I had an amazing time at this hotel I loved the room it was clean and it had coffee was amazing I loved the pool and the hot tub I loved the breakfeast selection and juices and coffee and ice and water and fruit . I had a wonderful experience. I will try to come back one day!

What a disappointment. Clearly, this hotel needs a lot of work to get to being rated higher than a 3. The front desk was so average, the effort was just barely worth their time and the price was double what it should be for comparables. The buffet breakfast, even if it was included (which it wasn’t) was unbelievably poor for $22.99 and because there’s nothing else around, made me go with Uber eats which I never use for its own reasons.

Staff were very nice! Restaurant staff was very nice and friendly.. The water tastes very good and so was the food! The rooms are huge! Only issue was the mattresses need to be updated. They were not that comfortable. Otherwise very good. Had a city view as well!!

They didn’t have the type of room we booked for our family of 4 so ended up providing us with a fold out bed. Wasn’t the most comfortable. They compensated us with breakfast vouchers for the entire stay which was highly appreciated.

Hotel was very nice and clean Had fridge coffee maker and microwave. Easy to keep some food for breakfasts and snacks.
Staff very accommodating. My flight got in early and they were able to get me into a room early. Also allowed late check out. Quick to respond to any requests( more coffee pods, fix internet issue)

Location is pretty good. Not down town (or even walkable) but close to the train line that takes you down town in about 15 min for $3 one way.
On site restaurant is just okay. I did expect a bit more.
But the hotel itself is very nice. Clean. And the staff were helpful and friendly.

Easy check in and out. Convenient location right off the highway and lots of places to walk to (shopping centre, mall, etc.) Parking lot option includes underground and above ground. Pool and gym were clean and nice to have as an option to use. Would recommend this location and stay again.

Stayed one night. Check in was quick, free underground parking. Had dinner and breakfast at the Bistro onsite it was good. Very comfortable stay.

I liked that it was easy to access from 417, and it was a short walking distance from the Tremblay LRT station. I didn't go there, but there was also a Walmart a short drive away, and I did walk over to a Haitian restaurant a couple of blocks away. The room was big, and had a microwave and refrigerator (no freezer built in, though). The room was quiet, I only heard noises if people were loud in the hallway, but that wasn't an issue after 10pm. Overall a great experience, especially for the price.
