I think Villa Venezia is excellent value. Our apartment was welll-equipped and clean with a great view. We came to Fort Lauderdale for a family event and were not sure about being in a larger city but the quietness and view of the canal is soothing to say the least.

Non-corporate unique motel on a canal. Street is nice and quiet too. Most guests are there repeatedly for the winter; that tells you how pleasant it is for the price. Room had coffee maker, microwave, fridge, TV and genuine decor set by the owner.

Property manager was very helpful and kept us informed. Although an older property, it was in ship shape and very clean.

Lovely place to stay

Very positive experience. Late September is not high season, and perhaps this helped. However, the apartment was delightful and did not lack any comfort. Parking is included, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The area is nice, not very close to the beach or the center. If you love walking there is no problem otherwise you should know that when staying in this area you will have to use transport to get around.

Pleasantly surprised, Got there after check in time and didn’t read check in policy before arrival about calling in if going to be past check in time decided to go to managers office and there was an envelope taped to the wall with my name and directions. Great service!! The place is a hidden gem. Highly recommend. Clean, updated. Will stay again in the future. Thanks to the management staff.
