Booked last minute but the staff was very helpful and able to get us in a bit early. Pet friendly was a huge plus! Easy walking distance to the coast.

First off the refrigerator didn’t work and then the next morning they said the oven wasn’t working so they cooked all the breakfast for the continental breakfast out of the microwave and that is one of the reasons why I go Who Eggs out of the microwave

Kim gave us a great room. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good. A few block walk to a gorgeous sandy beach. Good choice for one night stay.

Our fridge didn’t work, we let them know right after check in, they said they could look any it next day. Well, we’re checking out next day so doesn’t do us any good. Huge stain carpet, like we got a pet room and found a screw in one of the bed sheets.

Hotel was good. I would stay again but they definitely need more lighting around the bathroom sink. Very dark and hard to see while getting ready. Breakfast lady was by herself and worked her tail off. She’s an amazing employee which is hard to find anymore!

Last minute booking. Staff was great, room nice. The area this hotel is located is secluded, but walkable to Chinook Winds Casino and beach. A great "no frills" place to stay. Breakfast is included. Staff at breakfast was awesome. Cleaning everything asap and very friendly.

I like the location, its up out of town, not on the busy highway! Close to the casino,
Within walking distance to some stores! And resturants!
The rooms are comfortable and clean.

The room did no smell clean like dirty feet. The room was damp, couldn't sleep all night because of it.
When we checked in to our room, the hotel clerk told us she wouldn't charge our credit card, but she put a charge on our card and it was on our credit card account for a week! Overall a terrible hotel stay! We will not be staying at a Holiday Inn again! We were in Lincoln City for a special getaway, the bad hotel experience ruined it!

When we made a reservation we requested a double bed however, when we got to the room it was inly one bed and the couch was a bed that you can hide the problem is that we are in our 70 and disabled so that is a hard thing for us to do. We did ask for the two beds and yes they gave it to us but we gad to ask for it. Once in the room there was no toilet paper and only 2 towels we had to ask for this which is something that we should not have to ask for. The second thing is the water was shut off completely and I was in the middle of my shower. No water even for the toilet apparently they were fixing something but NEVER notified us which is completely rude and inconsiderate. Overall I don’t think we will be back.

The parking lot is small and was full on arrival and hard to find a place to park. The staff was great. The breakfast buffet is awesome. They weren't able to get us a rollaway bed because they said they didn't get any of the notes in the request section.

When we checked in the women at the front desk was nice and helpful…… when we got into the room there was food all over the floor which told me they didn’t vacuum from the last person in the room… the bathroom was full of hair in and out of the shower… we went to the hot tub which was full of little pieces of floating things(looked like little pieces of toilet paper) gross…. We only were given 2 towels and there was 5 of us so we called and asked for more and the rude women at the front desk said “honey you need to come get your own stuff” so when my son went and asked for blankets and pillows for the pullout bed he was given sheets and told “ we have no pillows or blankets and you can only have 2 towels because we don’t have any.” Odd since they were not fully booked and it wasn’t that busy! For the price we paid it wasn’t worth it with the rude service and lack of anything like a simple pillow l… stay somewhere else Breakfast Also was very lacking.

$350 a night for a “suite” and you get a regular room with a fireplace in the corner that doesn’t work. Double payne windows were so fogged up and dirty, could barely see out of them.. top floor facing ocean and rather keep the blinds closed. The floor consistently vibrates like a mild earthquake the entire night from the elevator or something. 35 min in line to check in, 20 min in line to buy food from reception, no where to sit during breakfast….. worst Holiday Inn Express I’ve been to.

I booked this hotel on the wrong date, 1 month off after an 8 hour drive. When I showed up 1 month early a short while later, I waited over 20 minutes at the front desk to be told it was for July not June. I immediately contacted Hotels . Com to correct the booking. They tried to contact the hotel while I held the phone for 38 minutes. 3 days later they finally replied I couldn't cancel. Do not go here. Total incompetence, bad management. I have never been treated like this at any IHG hotel!

Hey, so staying here was pleasant amd rooms were clean and cozy. Would come back and recommend to anyone that its a great place to stay.
Now the only issues I could say are the ice machine was broken along with the pancake machine.
Other than those two things it was a great location and just what we needed for our stay in Lincoln city.

Property is perfectly suited for those exploring the Oregon coast. All amenities functioned s they should and the staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Previous reviews mention the hot tub not working, however during our stay it was functional and nice and hot which prevented smaller children from partaking.
