The hotel was very nice. Check-in was 15.00 and not a minute before. The room was a bit strange. There was a big hole in the curtains, the water was stocked in the zink and the shower looks not clean.

After I made a comment about terrible service at the reception desk, the clerk decided to hurt me and gave me a room I didn't book. Instead of the 28-meter room I ordered, she gave me a new 15-meter room without a closet and without a shower, so you can only take a shower if you sit on the toilet. I invited a manager for a conversation and explained to him that the room was not according to my order, this is theft on the part of the hotel, intentional harm to the customer borders on a crime. After a long wait, the room was changed and the manager started his lie, first he claimed that my reservation was not received in the system, after a few minutes he changed his version and claimed that the room I initially got was at exactly the same price level that I paid, then the manager's version changed again and this time he claimed that the hotel was fully booked which also It was a complete lie.
Breakfast at the hotel is simply a disaster, the coffee machine did not work, the food level is extremely low and tastes horrible, in short there is no management at the hotel. Attitude to customers is degrading or not to say criminal, do not approach

Rooms are spacious, great bathrooms with huge shower. Breakfast had a great range of food available and was kept very well stocked throughout service.
Quite area with easy access to S-Bahn, quite limited choice of shops and restaurants near the hotel but short distance into centre of the city so not really an issue

We stayed 4 nights. Staff was very friendly and professional, room services had good food, the hotel restaurant has good options. The breakfast was delicious.
The hotel is close to the train station or if you prefer Uber, you will pay under $20 to get to main attractions.

This was one of the best hotel stays that we have experienced and we have stayed in many hotels! The room was incredibly quiet with a very comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom. It was extremely clean. The club level room included free daily tapas and from 6-9 pm in the bar which were amazing! The bar manager, Jon, was very attentive and friendly...he even went so far as to go back to the kitchen and make a pizza for us when the room service chef was not available! The front desk staff were all very welcoming as well. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Berlin!

Had a great experience, very large room, great location, and clean. Only issue I had was that the hotel said it has 24 hour room service, I called one night to make an order at 10pm and was told the room service was over for the night. When I asked if it wasn’t actually 24 hours the response I got was “it’s hard to explain” then ended the call. Besides that it was a wonderful experience

Only 2 negatives.
1. My room had lots of dust around the tv and surrounding console, and I don’t usually notice that kind of thing.
2. There is no late night menu and every time we tried to get food outside of breakfast the restaurant was closed. I would have expected a 4 star place to have a small room service menu

Great location. Shame breakfast wasn’t included for the price paid. Our room was on the 5th floor and so windows were velux in the ceiling so at times felt like you was in an attic and down side was you couldn’t see outside to see what weather was.
Tea/coffee in room but it’s only enough for one drink per day so had to ask for more.
Room serviced daily which was great.
Bar staff were great and make some awesome cocktails.

The location was very good close to major sights and transport. Check in was very good also. The room was much smaller than I am used to when staying in similar hotels, there were only 3 tissues left in the tissue box , ok not a big deal and one light didnt work, shower good , bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and we were served by a young boy named Lukas who was exceptional, all in all a good stay just a couple of things about the room itself .

overall we had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable and it is quite. Nice breakfast area with good choice. We chose the hotel because it has well was facilities, unfortunately those were disappointing: not really well maintained (e.g. no flight in the ladies changing rooms/toilets) and a string sewage smell.

Lovely room, great breakfast. The hotel upgraded our rooms due to it being my birthday while we were away - I came back to some lovely wine and cake in my room on the day which was a lovely touch. Hotel is ideally located within walking distance of main attractions and has an underground station close by. Would have liked clearer communication about the deposit needed on check in per room and the city tax payable after. Deposit has still not come back to my account yet.. so hoping it will be back in my account very soon! The bar is a really nice space to be in and the cocktails were amazing! Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

Crowne Plaza did not disappoint once again. The hotel is conveniently situated to most attractions. Dining at the restaurant Layla was an absolutely amazing experience in terms of fine dining. The staff at the hotel were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, especially Lucas at the reception. Thank you for recognising my IHG membership and upgrading us which made spending Christmas in Berlin even better for us. Highly recommended.

Very open and spacious hotel We were upgraded to a premium room which was a lovely surprise Thecroom was spacious and modern - great bathroom with bath and separate shower. Crisp bedding and soft comfy pillows

Only disappointment was that in such a huge hotel there was no pool - not even a jacuzzi to go with the sauna and steam room..

It does not seem that the leadership is consistant. I experienced extremy good service and extremely poor ditto. Bad: the poor guy trying to check everybody out could not print an invoice as well as the lying breakfast chef. Good: the lady who checked me in was great as well as the people at the bar and the restaurant counter - in particular Milena (from Uruguay). Take good care of her!
