Room was very old and out dated. The floor was very dirty. Beds comfortable. No interaction with any staff as no one there when we were.

Very noisey in terms of people in the room above my room

Water was cold, fridge was running warm and the milk was so off it had chunks in it. Pillows were very very flat

closeness to twin towns and seafood shops on river.

Easy to find, we were on the coast for a funeral and they were very understanding with late check in and very helpful

The quilt absolutely stunk, had to remove and put the single bed cover on, pillows completly flat , no tissues would rate at about 3 out of 10 compared to the other motels that i stayed in, also was due to book in at 1 pm, no one was there came back three times before get in the gate Would not recommend it to anybody

Our room had definitely had animals previously in it . The smell of dogs was disgusting. I will never stay there again

We stayed for 5 nights and the room was not cleaned once. We had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper being given one roll of paper each time. Room is very small and does not breathe. location is good can walk to Twin Towns clubs etc.

Room was comfortable close to everything. Only thing is there was a lot of noise from people in other rooms during the very early morning. And could smell someone smokingoutside room

I was surprised at how quiet the room was. The kitchenette was a bonus, and the microwave meant I could return at the end of each day and quickly heat a meal. The kitchen cupboard had everything for cleaning afterwards. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. My only problem was the air-conditioning unit was noisy. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. Cheers Bev

This Motel Owner Brett is the Most Genuine Bloke you will come across in All of Tweed Heads, I have stayed at many places over the years and the care and good Nature is ‘second to none’ Clean & Quiet rooms, convenient Location and Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and is one of the Only Pet friendly Places in all of Tweed Heads. 10/10!! I booked online at 10pm due to an unforseen change of plan. I should've called but didn't read the bit about calling ahead if check-in time is after 7pm and was just eager to get there and settle in.When I arrived I was told hotels.com had stuffed up and there weren't any rooms available. Luckily a guest had checked out during the evening and they COULD offer me a room, albeit without it being cleaned - just fresh sheets and towels.As this was easier than trying to find somewhere else at 11pm, I agreed. Besides, I was unable to cancel the booking on hotels.com.I was so grateful for the night manager and owner helping me out.The bed was comfortable, the water hot, the fridge cold, the unit spacious enough for me.The Wi-Fi was very poor, the neighbours a bit noisy, and the TV was just free-to-air channels. I didn't drive anywhere as it's walking distance to everything I needed - Bowls Club, cafe's, restaurants, shopping centre->where I received a great massage and reflexology treatment at Qing Fu TCM.Great little place for my 3 night stay, however the room never did get cleaned... :-D

I needed an overnight stay to continue my journey to Queensland. It was comfortable And the staff were friendly. It was across the road from the bowling club so it ticked the boxes for an economic stay.

Great few days watching the Australian Indoor Bowls Championships at the Tweed Heads Bowls Club, which is directly over the road from the Blue Pelican. And also with waterfront seafood eateries within a few hundred metres stroll.

Lee & his staff were AMAZING! Friendly, helpful, went beyond the call of duty considering our difficult situation. The room was great, pool area & bbq was enjoyable. Thankyou Lee for making us so welcome, your empathy & kindness, a real pleasure meeting you :)

this is a very good place to stay good pricing and very good accommodation close to everything i will defiantly stay here when i return to Tweed

Bathroom not clean and no smoke alarm in room

Noisy neighbours arguing, shrieking children running up and down the verandah and people coughing their lungs out at 6am didn’t help but overall the motel isn’t as described. Bedding was great and the room clean but the ambience leaves a lot to be desired. Their was an ugly domestic disagreement that went on too long which should have seen some action from Management. Better options abound.

Staff was excellent when we were greeted, I rang ahead to let them know were running late. I would recommend this to friends as a quick stop over for a night.
