Awesome place to stay! The staff was super hlepful and nice. The atmosphere and decor was very cool and modern. The room itself was also very nice and modern, very neat and clean. The only thing is that there was no microwave. Other than that everything was great.

We were booked to stay at this hotel as part of a tour of the Baltic States. The initial impression was not good - we had to wait 10-15 minutes to check in, the receptionist did not apologise and then told me off for the way I had booked an extra night. Pros - the bed was very comfortable; it was nice to have a kettle in the room; having a gym and a laundry room for guests Cons - 15 minute walk to the old town; the area the hotel is in is not the nicest, though seemed very safe; the shower door opened outwards so the bathroom floor got wet; no socket near the kettle to plug it in; more staff were needed to help keep breakfast items supplied; no safe in the room.

No mini fridge or microwave available. The rest was perfect. Super clean and calm.

Very slow check-in. Excellent shower. Laundry facilities excellent for €10. Two Nescafé sachets provided in the room along with a note stating “this is on us and the next one will cost €2.50”, which is rather bizarre.

28 C temperature. AC is not working. Slow check in an check out. Staff is not very positive.

27 C outside, Even more in the room. AC was promised when booking but is not working at all.

Short but perfect stay.

It was a disaster experience in Vilnius for us. The receptionist requested extra 12 eur for a reservation we made via hotels , 🏨. And later we requested a kettle, she asked 4 eur for it and didn’t bring it for 2 hours although she said that was going to bring right away. We called back she told us that it will be brought by housekeeper later. Very unprofessional customer service.

Clean comfortable hotel. Music theme which is excellent. It’s modern and well located for the train station and old vilnius both walkable in 20mins or so. Also not too far from the airport by taxi. I stayed here twice, the staff were helpful and 24hr reception. There was good breakfast selection. Room was comfortable and slept good. Only down side is i found on both stays i could hear what sounded like footsteps and on this stay person in adjacent room talking on the phone, but i am a light sleeper. This noises stopped during the later hours when it mattered. Id stay here again

Stay here was good. I had an extremely late check in - 4am after my flight to the city was delayed- i wrote ahead warning them of this and all was well and To my surprise I had received a free upgrade to a suite which was excellent:) Good side- The reception is 24hours and staff were helpful. Hotel is clean, and comfortable and modern. Musical themed which is really nice touch. And location is great for train station and old Vilnius. Bad side is- for me the AC dries me out so id wake very thirsty which is how it is in modern hotels these days. The window did open which would help but it was winter so too cold for that but in summer no problem id guess!! i found it a little noisy. I am a light sleeper and i could hear what was like footsteps, and traffic especially on day one after my late check in, i slept late. Through the night it was generally quiet Id stay here again, i liked this hotel.

Great and clean hotel with real nice guys at the reception. 10min from the airport by car or express bus, near the Cyber city and in front of a supermarket. Good bus connections to the city center. Rooms were nice designed and clean, bathroom big and comfortable. I liked my stay there a lot! :)

Excellent and great value!

This is a modern Hotel with all the amenities one would expect from a three-star hotel. The staff are excellent helpful and friendly. It's an easy walk to the old Town. It's also a easy walk from the bus stop if you take the number one bus from the airport

Great value and very friendly staff

Staff are friendly and helped my print my boarding pass. The Wi-Fi connection is good but not password protected which makes me concerned about security.

Rather cool place!

I had a great stay here. The hotel is in a central location in Vilnius and I was able to walk to old town Vilnius fairly quickly. My room & bathroom were clean, quiet and the staff were helpful. Cute decor, clean rooms, great wifi speed so you can work from home there if needed. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Vilnius.

Nice location near the Vilnius old city. Good connection to the public transportation system.
