Staff was amazing! Really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this property.

Spacious room, clean, quiet, comfortable

Room had trash on floor upon entry. There was an odor (room was very humid, high moisture) as well. Can’t comment badly on staff. I never complained but likely will not return.

Room was dirty, crumbs everywhere. When I looked for linens for the sofa bed there was just an empty bag. Moved the cushions to see if the linens were on the sofa bed and found the sofa bed had more crumbs and whole Cheetos. Phoned the front desk to ask for linens and report the mess. The staff member brought me a vacuum and sheets (no blanket or pillow). When they left to go find a pillow it was clear that I was expected to vacuum. When they returned we discovered the bed didn't unfold. No option to move rooms was offered. Essentially, I cleaned their sofa and didn't have a bed to sleep on. Tried calling their customer care and the person hung up on me. To make matters worse, the family above us had their children running and screaming until after midnight. The front desk staff person said they could hear the noise when they called the room but nothing was done. This hotel has been going downhill for the past few years.

My stay was stressful when I was on the phon nearly 3 hours going back and fourth trying to find out why the money was taken out of my account

Very quiet

We asked for accessible shower, but because we made the reservation thru Expedia, the hotel didn’t receive any of our requests… so no walk in shower, although they did provide a shower chair (better than nothing). Also, we were unable to change the credit card to pay

Perfect for a last minute weekend out of town. They sorted us out a King with sleeper as the doubles were all booked and the sleeper sofa was comfortable and brand new

Excellent, updated hotel for a really good price. Breakfast was very tasty with a good variety of choices from sausage and eggs to waffles, yogurt, cereal and fruit. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfy. We had a really good stay.

We enjoyed our stay. We were convenient to shopping centers. The movie theater was behind the hotel. The staff was friendly, when we first arrived we received the wrong room. We were given the correct room without any problems. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Overall the property was not very clean, the room and hallways stunk like body odor and mold, and the room keys would constantly deactivate. Had to get 4 keys made on a 3 night stay. Doesn’t help that at night the front door to the lobby is key control, so you’ll probably get stuck outside like I did. Would not recommend this property.

The staff were nice and so was the room with the exception of the toilet running loudly all night long and making it impossible to sleep. We all tried to get it to stop without success. We did report this to the front desk when we finally found someone there. The breakfast was very good. Hot and kept fresh and well stocked.

The clerks at the front desk were very accommodating in trying to get our three families located close to each others room. They were most kind.

The hotel was very clean & the staff was very nice. But my first 48 hrs there I was in 3 different rooms the 1st room absolutely no hot water and the 2nd room I was moved into did not lock properly. The 3rd and final room I was moved too was nice and spacious after all my issues with the first 2 rooms, I was moved into a king suite. The WiFi is absolute trash and non existencing, was never able to connect. Free breakfast and it was decent nothing fancy eggs, meat, bagels, danish, waffles, oatmeal, dry cereal, yogurt and old fruit. I would stay again only because of reasonable prices, cleanness and very nice staff.

The front desk was very friendly. Great breakfast included with the stay.

Arrived late evening and the front desk was very welcoming and the room very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Love the fact that it was a smaller hotel with short walk to the elevator. Will definitely stay there at my next trip.

Always stay here when heading to race track with kids, great place and affordable.

The first room we were put in had a broken tv, hole in the wall from construction going on, gum on the wall and no hot water. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating. He was working alone so it took some time for us to switch rooms. There were no rooms available with 2 beds so he put us in a suite.

It was acceptable. The rear door was out of order requiring a walk to the front to get in from the parking lot. Construction dumpster in front of rear door area, also. Room was ok. Bed was a bit stiff for personal taste. Breakfast was standard minus a liner for the large can. Fruit was a little questionable for freshness.

The night clerk Rashad was very helpful and went above and beyond by helping me with getting my bags in the room to getting me drinks from the vending machine you see I have mobility issues and use a walker. Nice young man. Hang on to him

Young male check in staff was less than cordial. No smile, no eye contact. He acted as though we were interrupting his basketball game on TV. Other staff were very pleasant next two days. Temperature control on shower was backwards, and was not hot enough to take a shower. Has to wash in the sink, plenty hot. When this was mentioned to staff, they were aware of the shower problem in 301. They indicated the repairman has tried to fix this several times. Knowing this, the room was not taken out of service! That being said, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was as expected, but no ceramic coffee cups, coffee tasted like paper.

Standard Comfort Inn. We had great view of the highway, very good noise insulation.

We were told the hotel was having a “soft” renovation. They assigned us a room directly beneath a room that had workers hammering throughout the day. It seems logical that they would put our room in a different location. The hotel was not full-maybe 10 cars in parking lot. It took at least 4 minutes of running water to get it warm for a shower. Ice maker did not work. Back door into hotel broken & not in use. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was in very poor shape - walked in on ripped carpeting, dirty walls and ceiling was covered with spots. Lamps and outlets did not work - had to go to front desk and request one that we could use to recharge our phones. Even the nightstand clock kept making strange noises at various intervals so we unplugged it. The bathroom had been re-done and was in good shape but the condition of the actual room and furnishings (- dark wooden desk sagged in the middle) was horrible. First morning at breakfast at 7:10 -no staff around!!! no coffee or refill carafes, no waffle batter, no milk, no food in one of chaffing dishes and only a scoop of scrambled eggs. Very few and limited pastries and only bananas and apples. Finally went to front desk and called out for staff to talk - guy came and said he was off at 7:00 but no one else had shown up for breakfast or front desk duty. He gets breakfast started at 6:30 but that is the end of his responsibility: I asked to speak to manager and was told manager does not work on weekends: I asked for other staff to talk to and he said that he was the ONLY staff member on site and was just waiting to go home and that he could not help me. We had cold pre-packaged individual coffee cake and the remaining scoop of scrambled eggs. Other guests came in and helped themselves to access to the “staff only” area in order to get a gallon of milk so they could pour it over their cold boxed cereal. This is totally inexcusable and probably not legal.

The hotel needs a good deep cleaning. The door didn’t work to the outside the entire time, the ice machine was broken , breakfast options were just ok. They also need more staff. Beds are fine,

⭐️⭐️⭐️...Very basic hotel. Front desk staff was not at desk on arrival or check out so we had to wait for them to appear. Hotel is full of pink sticky notes denoting areas that need repairs & they were everywhere. Obvious bodily fluid stain on pull-out couch mattress. Included breakfast is underwhelming. If you're looking for a quick, basic place to lay your head as you pass through the area, this will work.

Staff friendly and overall quaint option for quick overnight trip

No hot water in shower. Shower head did not work. Towels not clean. TV remote did not work. TV not functional. Juice dispenser in dining room does not work. Other than above grear

Much improved since my last stay! Upgraded tvs and some cosmetic repairs completed. The shower takes a little long to get hot. Side door not working. Staff is awesome and accommodating. Much improved!
