Aside from the roaches in the bathroom the room wasnt horrible. Not very comfortable, they send you a message saying if theres any issues to reply to it. Never heard anything about the roaches.

I am a regular guest at this property, and will continue to be. Overall, it is a nice hotel, but I will be frank aboit one negative element that i have dealt with lately on a couple occasions. I have woken up to cockroaches in my bed, and spotted in the bathroom. This has happened on two occasions out of dozens. Overall I am satisfied, but it is an issue worth noting, and addressing.

Nice, clean Motel. Good place to rest in when you're exhausted from 13hr work shift. Professional staff. They offered breakfast. It's always booked up.

People smoking marijuana in adjacent rooms. Cockroaches in room. Multiple cockroaches. Late checkout paid for but not honored. Carpet is filthy. Place should be condemned.

It’s an average hotel… I do think they need to Pay close attention to detail. The furniture in the lobby and in the rooms are very dirty. They need to be deep cleaned a good hot water extraction company would do wonders.

I had a great stay at Microtel, the room was clean and modern. There was plenty of parking and everything is 10-15 mins away.

It was alright overall. The customer service varied wildly from engaging to virtually being ignored when saying hello. The bed and breakfast could use an upgrade. The bed is a little firm for me and the covers are a joke. The breakfast needs a little more to it and maybe a protein

We didn’t stay because the area didn’t looks safe. The ac didn’t work properly. My daughter book at Hyatt for almost the same price and we just stays there. Unfortunately I don’t know if I can get my money back. She nice I check in we let the lady st the front desk that we are not happy with the hotel.

The staff were kind enough to make sure a person with a vision impairment had everything they beeded and even cheshed in on them from time to time to insure their safety.

We had a joined room with family and there air conditioner didnt get as cool as ours did that was the only issue we had. Other than that it was a great stay and im glad they were able to give us a joined room!

This hotel was dirty, the service was poor, the breakfast included no protein just carbs, the room smelled bad and was musty, people were yelling throughout the night and knocking on doors and management did nothing about it. Probably my worst hotel stay ever

Never got to check or stay in property was closed when I got there and they said i could not get a refund due to they not being able to get a hold of the manger which is unfortunate because I spend money for a room I couldn’t stay at!

The front desk male clerk, constantly on his phone and did not pay attention to customers. The AC was set no lower than 65 and the room was not comfortable as it did not allow for customers adjusting...there were repairs on walls in hallway that were covered with plastic...

my room b=next to a elevator and washign machine too noisy. washing machine should not be located next to guest room! reception is not friendly and have poor communication
