I have booked 2 single beds. They gave 1 bed. We had to change the room to get what i have booked.
There were no shower gel in the shower. the room floor was not clean hair and ear cotton on the floor from the before

The hotel was fabulous. I did not use the bar restaurant because you can smoke indoors in Serbia but the lobby is beautiful with plenty of seating and windows to look outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location to my office was walkable as well with shops across the road.

The bar/restaurant team can be a bit more available and come to the table. We had to wait every time we visited the bar. Also plates and glassea piled up as they was not picked up as we finished. Breakfast staff was great!

Very good stay overall. The highlight for me was the food, the chef knows what he's doing. Staff is really helpfull. Only thing that could be better is the bed's matress which is a bit too stiff to my own liking.

We had a nightmare experience in apartment in Belgrade which we checked out of 3 nights early and decided to stay at the Falkensteiner instead. What a lifesaver, we were offered drinks on the house on arrive, all the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spacious, beds super comfortable with crisp linen. I'd definitely recommend and will stay here when I come back to Belgrade.
