Kind of dirty, mold on ceiling in bathroom, peeling trim, there was blood on the sheets, then no sheets available for the pull out bed so we couldn't use it even though we paid extra for the extra bed. We booked our two nights separately but when we checked in they said we'd be able to stay in the same room but they checked us out and I had to run to and from the room and my car three times to get them everything they needed to re-check us in, with an exhausted toddler, again with no apology. We did not get housekeeping. Loud until 10:30 and the alarm went off at 6. I would recommend paying a little more for the slightly more expensive hotel in the area or save money by going with one of the cheaper ones because it's probably similar or better quality.

This hotel is the most convenient place to stay when visiting sesame place. We’ve stayed here twice and wouldn’t book anywhere else. It’s clean. The rooms fit us comfortably. The 2 minute walk can’t be beat. The breakfast is great. We keep kosher so we brought some of our own food for breakfast down to the lobby but there were a few options for us to eat there too. (Cereal, fruit, packed kosher muffins). The staff was super nice as well. We hope to be back next summer!

We had our reservation for 6 people in the room the bathroom was equipped with only towels for 3 people and the sofa bed is advertised as full size but it is two pieces of twin bed. They gave only one blanket for two people to share. There is no phones to call down to lobby or anywhere on property so you have to go down to front desk each time you need something. We requested the blanket and the additional towels so each guest can have in the morning and even after going to the sesame place park all day returned to our room and still needed to return to the lobby to request for them again. Overall it’s clean and very convienent you walk right across the street into sesame place. There are plenty of restaurants minutes away to choose from as well.

Stay here if you’re traveling to Sesame! We had an amazing stay! The staff members were beyond helpful. Every single one of them took their time to make suggestions and help us with our many needs. We were traveling to visit Sesame Place and we will be back to this hotel. The hotel was one block away from Sesame place. We walked over with our 3.5 year old and our 6 month old in the stroller. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Waffle maker, pancake maker, so many toppings, bagels, fresh coffee, and more. Pool was quaint but effective! Jacuzzi was perfect. Super kid friendly but not loud at all.

The front desk people were not personable. Not enough bath towels. Did not appreciate paying $15.00 a day parking at the hotel.

Room floor and sofa were dirty. Simple cleaning would not help.

Was okay…it’s not a resort okay. I think was clean modern and breakfast was nice…..

What a mess, the lobby was tiny and couches were filthy. The toilet in our room was not working when we checked in and was supposed to be fixed while we were at dinner. We returned from dinner to bathe and put our two year old to bed (already past bedtime) to find out no one had come by to repair the toilet. They insisted on trying to fix it for half an hour before we told them we need a new room at which point they still wanted to try to fix it rather than relocating us, they even mentioned having maintenance come by in the morning if we’d been staying more than one night (going all night without a flushing toilet). We insisted on the new room which we finally got. The new room had a sliding bathroom door with a six inch gap between the floor and the bottom of the door (so no privacy). We had family members staying in another room which had its own issues and the woman running the front desk had the audacity to complain about them to us (completely inappropriate and unprofessional). This hotel has nothing going for it besides its proximity to Sesame Place. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.

Not very clean

I had to ask twice for more toilet paper, not new rolls when we arrived. When they cleaned the room they only made one bed not the other and didn’t take all the garbage. My daughter’s suite was missing a lamp and the lightbulb was out and only comforter on one bed and only top sheet on one bed

Everything was convenient

Although the staff was very nice I had some concerns. There was mildew in the shower, we never saw a housekeeper except to ask for extra towels. Thankfully we brought a couple of trash bags with us and we were able to bag up our trash (you gave a lot with little ones). The dining room could also use some attention, the underside of the chairs had fabric hanging down (a simple fix with a staple gun.

Went to sesame for the day but stayed 2 nights. So easy to walk to after a hot day at the park. So many eateries around . Quiet , clean rooms I would def recommend!

As of right now I will never stay there or use Expedia ever again. I was charged twice once by Expedia (which is more than they charged me) and once by SpringHills. I am currently out over $650. I have been fighting with Springfill manger Melissa for 4 days now to get my money back and I keep being told it’s on her to do list! No happy and not satisfied!
