It’s my second time staying in IZE seminyak and we love it so much, all the staff are amazing specially Julie

Location of the hotel is convenient, in the heart of seminyak. restaurants, convenience stores and clubs are within minutes walk. 10 minutes walk to the beach. there's security 24/7 so its safe. lobby staffs are very friendly. rooms are of a good size and very comfortable.

Slightly disappointed in this hotel. It is convenient for the local area but the room was disappointing. It was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable and the hotel in general seemed like it needed some attention.y kettle leaked, my shower leaked and kept stop working, the towels were dirty and falling apart.

Very good experience, great location - walkable to nearby restaurants, cafes etc.
Excellent front desk and staff, very warm, welcoming and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable. Room was very clean and with all required amenities. Breakfast which was included in the stay was excellent, they went out of their way to make vegan options for my wife. All in all we had a great time and would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Hotel is near to everywhere. family mart is just across the street.is walkable to shopping mall.But to find halal food is quite a hassle. There is quite a few mosquito inside the room.

Staff excellent rooms clean pool out of action for the duration of my stay which was not advertised also running out of certain drinks and food.

Friendly staff give you a genuine warm welcome. The hotel is convenient for shops, bars, restaurants. Whilst the hotel is quiet it is situated straight onto a busy street so for us it was the best. The buffet breakfast was great.

Great Hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights. It is very well located with a short walk to Seminyak Square. The staff is lovely! Will def stay here again

We loved the location of this hotel. It is close to bars, restaurants and shopping. It is a 10 minute walk to the beaches. Despite it's proximity to everything, it was not noisy at all.

The staff overall could not have been more helpful. The manager Harry was fantastic, gave us honest helpful tips everyday, arrange scooter and other things for us. Good hotel at a great location. Avoid staying on room number starting with 2xx as it's near lobby and can get a little noisy in the morning hours. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly.

Good hotel in the middle of a lot to do in Seminyak, but you could have a nice time without leaving. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable, there’s a rooftop pool, but the thing I probably enjoyed most was the attached restaurant. Good breakfast buffet, and the dinner options I tried were a significant cut above everything else I tried elsewhere at comparable prices (the grilled pork neck and ribeye were top notch).
