Comfortable hotel, breakfast and public bathroom were the highlights. As all hotels in Japan room was quite small. Location in central area was great!

The breakfast buffet was amazing! I was however very disappointed with the small size of the room which smelled of cigarette smoke. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room. In spite of being assured the “whole hotel is non-smoking “, there was an ashtray in the room and a sign advising us not to smoke in bed. I woke each morning with a headache and the hallways stank of cigarettes.

The breakfast service has a lot of options and is fun. Due to the large number of reservations, the room was changed to a twin room, which was spacious and comfortable.

Good hotel. Only strange thing is there was always music playing? At first I thought it was a guest, but I think it was playing in the hallways? I just played some white noise and drowned it out. Otherwise good stay, just needed a clean, safe place to sleep.

3mins to walk to hondori shopping district, and 10mins from atomic dome. Area is surrounded by 7-11 and Lawson, good food places too. Staff are really nice.

A really nice place to stay for two nights. The room was quite small. Checking was easy and staff friendly. In good walking distance to the peace park, and to great local brewpubs.

It was one of the two overpriced hotels (amongst 6) I stayed at in Japan but I had very few options when I made the reservation. Despite the cleanliness, the furnitures in the room were old. The location was excellent for my purpose of visit.

Polite and professional staff, great location especially if you plan on spending time in the city center - we went from there to a restaurant Cantina23, which I also highly recommend. We had a lot of stuff with us, so to be able to park right next to the hotel was so convenient.

Hotel was very nice, room size was great a lot bigger than other hotels in Japan we have stayed at so we were pretty happy about it. Room was very clean as well. Would highly recommend. They was a nice skewers place right around the corner too which was open late in case you need a quick nice snack 😋

I was delighted at the effort the entire staff (Especially the lady at the front desk on my arrival) went out of their way to help me although my Japanese wasn’t very good!

The hotel was in a very nice location and the staff was really friendly. I think they could extend the checkout time till 11 but I didn't have any complaints. You can walk to lots of attractions in Hiroshima and for the price I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It was nice to be able to open the window which is rare for Japanese hotels.

Only when we were checking in we were told to wait (you can only checkin after 3 p.m.) without detailed explanation (is the room not ready, data need to be inputted, etc.) and I think it is not the language barrier because a Japanese couple next to me also seems upset. Probably caused by holiday rush
