We were in town for a concert at Cain’s Ballroom, and the proximity couldn’t have been more perfect. Literally a 4 min walk from the hotel. And loads of great dining options all around. The hotel was clean, updated, and suited us perfectly. Would recommend.

Very nice hotel and very helpful staff

Nice hotel in the historic part of Tulsa. Walking distance to the Saturn Room which is why we picked it. Clean and quiet, we got some nice sleep.

Great Location

The place was nice, for a sub Mariott, but the smells down hallways on 3rd floor reminded me of my grandfathers stuffy house. Air the halls sometime? febreeze? Its not that old of a building yet had a 1960s flavor in need of a cigar. The bed was clean and cozy but the a/c was just enough not to die of heat. it was ok for cool air, but the fan on high was... low and weak. It was late getting in so i didnt care to switch rooms. the folks above us stomped around for an hour or so as we tried to sleep. Maybe a broom stick could be in order.. overall for the price and location, this place should have some better standards.. the carpet felt funky to walk on so my sandals stayed on for safety. Some more pillows would have been nice, with cooler room but it beats sleeping on a park bench.

Location is perfect to hit all the Downtown Tulsa concerts!! We will be back!

The location of the Fairfield is awesome; it's within easy walking distance of Cain's ballroom, the Bob Dylan and Woody Guthrie Centers, numerous dining options and a great tiki bar (the Saturn Room). The people at the counter at check-in were super friendly and helpful with suggestions (tiki bar!). The parking was easy.

Stay here every time we’re visiting Cain’s Ballroom or the Tulsa Theater. Great location, dining options and everything is walkable.

We chose this hotel because it is very close to the venue we were going to. Many dining options within walking distance. Parking is easy and accessible. The security to get in is a big bonus. Check-in was very fast and easy, the gentleman at the desk was friendly and polite. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We heard a few footsteps overhead but it did not affect our stay. The bed was a little more firm than ours, but we slept well. Breakfast had many options for all preferences. We will definitely be staying here again soon.
