ALL was good,extra $30 @check-in to have it ALL(ac, Wi-Fi, security, parking w/your OWN remote, SUPER clean, Fire stick..ect) all DAY...🤔no problem.And lastly... the Owner he goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for his Extraordinary Guest's....OHH YEA the morning Sunrise view from the 5th floor AWESOME

Really bad Air-condition not working properly. They ask me to pay $25 extra just because Expedia gave me a discount according to them. It look like they are stealing people money.

If you just need something cheap for a night it’s ok. We had a 4am flight so we just came for a few hours as we weren’t staying in Santo Domingo for the duration of the trip and wanted something close to the airport due to the early flight. No shampoo or shower gel. Tons of mosquitos, and very uncomfortable bed. The guy at the reception was very kind and nice.

The owner is a thief. I had to pay $35 a day extra for AC and $15 a day extra for internet and I had to pay that before I check in… and to top it off I deposited $40 for a gate key which was supposed to be refunded when I returned the keys but he did not give me the refund. The AC was only at night. The owner stated that if I need AC during the day that’s and extra $15 a day. The internet was not working for over a week but he did not refund any money. That man is a crook . I don’t think anyone should fall into a trap like that. I had to go with what he said cause we had nowhere else to go. That hotel is a very bad place to be….No security it’s just terrible

I was treated horribly after my flight arrived at 3am and was told he wasn't supposed to be handling clients at that time. I was told to leave premises since I didn't want to pay $80 to check in 4 hours early. I was also not refunded my week stay, not did expedia back me. Horrible experience. It's not even located where it says.

Can't adjust the A/C past a predetermined temperature or else it would supposedly break according to the manager, which was insufficient to keep the room cool enough. Also no blankets or comforters on beds. One towel in room for 3 people. Room not cleaned at all during stay. One set of eating utensils for 3 people. Property extremely slow at responding to messages despite suggesting is the fastest way to communicate. Will say the property itself is very secure despite being in a sketchy area.

Place was terrible not the photos from hotel.com it was totally different from the app photos! Rooms were way too small and uncomfortable they also charged extra for the use of the a/c

7 floors with no elevator, you have to pay for AC if use 8am-8pm, fee $30 for late check-in, no microwave, no "welcome bottle of spirits" in the room. Building is clean, stores and pharmacies are around, ocean is 15 minutes away by walk, beach is 20-30 minutes away by car

Good value. The room was very clean. A lot of internet options. Not very good streaming but perfect for browsing internet. The family room had microwave, stove and refrigerator. Good value hotel. Location not that great but had closed parking.

Please be aware off photos, its not even 80% off what you look at and book.
Im 5 foot 8 and the bed looks like it was 5 foot 3 and not welcoming, so no sleep for me. Time to shower there we go again while getting ready to complete my wonderful shower NO more water and guess what NO phone in room to call.

They charged some money to clean the room for every night, but they complain all the time I asked to do it. They shut off the water very often, three of the five days I spent there did not finish my shower because of the water.
The building is good, just the customer service need improve.

This was my third stay at the hotel and well the guy working there was a bit rude this time. I Felt like he wanted me to pay extra for a room on the first floor so he gave us a room in the six floor. Then he joked about me being able to climb the stairs because of my weight. Rented a luxury room got a basic, had flies in the shower. I stay there because it’s affordable and I’m never in the hotel so why pay more. I got food poisoning while there and asked if I could pay a few hrs instead of a whole night he said he couldn’t do it. I had to leave the hotel sick and go to a cabana. I think he should be nicer to return constumers but I guess he doesn’t need my money and that will be the last time I will stay at that hotel.
