Rooms were right on the water with great views, property had some nice amenities and the boat ramp and slips were exactly what I needed. Annette at the front desk was super friendly and knows the true meaning of Customer Service. Because of her, we will be back for sure and tell all our friends, this is the place to stay!

Great place to stary in the lower Florida Keys, rustic ambiance, open spaces, comfortable, and quaint.

The property would be fine you you were here to dock and use your boat. The room/suite was nice and spacious. But, it's not close to anything and the property was small, the beach wasn't really a beach (it's located on a broad boating channel, so not a place for swimming/kayaking/paddleboarding). There is an extra fee for everything which I didn't experience at other stays around the Keys and there was a lot of smoking, so less pleasant to sit outside--I wasn't there to just sleep and leave in the morning. I decided to leave early because it wasn't meeting my needs, and they would not work with me, the desk person literally threw up his hands and said "you booked through expedia, I can't do anything to help". Then gave me a card and said "next time book direct and I might be able to work with you".

My stay was excellent but for some reason I was charged by this site with a 65.26 to be paid when I checked in. For some reason it billed my card for the two days stay. I'm sure the Parmer's resort will handle it.

We were very impressed with this stay. Check in desk was easy and the people so friendly. The location is perfect, beach front! Property was clean and appeared they were only making more improvements. I'll recommend to friends and be sure to stay again when I have more than 1 night.

This is a wonderful, quaint little resort. As most places in the the Keys, it is an older resort, but the pool was in good repair. The room was clean, though outdated. They have a lot of amenities such as kayak rentals and such that we didn't use. They also have a grab and go breakfast consisting of breads, bagels, and cereals included. It is also close to a couple of really good restaurants. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

Under construction with renovations everywhere. Not peaceful and serene. The “beach” is not a beach. Also, our kitchen light did not work. We were also supposed to get a unit closer to the water but did not.

The people are very nice and the view was beautiful. We had a waterfront room. The onky issue is the bathroom is very outdated and the grout/shower shows it. I can look past it because its clean but others may not.

Clean and tidy, good facilities, lovely beach area and views.

The “cottage’s” are trailers with water damage and mold. You can see the water damage on the entertainment desk in living room. Air conditioning was ok at best and inside of trailer smells like a bait store. The staff were very friendly and tried to help by bringing candles for the smell.

This is a great place to stay in the Florida keys close enough to Key West and other keys It was super quiet and felt safe and homey The customer service was amazing I highly recommend this place to everyone We will stay here again

This is a nice little group of older buildings right on Little Torch Key. Not too fancy but you have a pool, some little piers and even a boat launch. This is not ocean it's water between keys so no surf and mostly coral but a little sand on their beach for getting feet wet. Staff is friendly, they have laundry and a nice little continental breakfast with fresh fruit. Great location for seeing other keys (26 mi to key west) If you really want a beach just 5 miles to one at a state partk and nice tiki bar walking distance.

Its a very nice resort .very clean and the stuff is excellent. The cottage are very pretty and the area is safe and quite. At 5 minutes walking there is a nice restaurant where you can drink and listen music but there are a lot of restaurants. in the area you can find amazing hammokas . And i can took my little dog with me ❤️

The amenities were great and staff was so nice and helpful. If you're looking for a great view and quiet weekend this is the perfect place

AMAZING customer service! Comfortable mattress. Spacious room. Do yourself a favor and get up early enough to sit out on the private dock and watch the sun come up. It was the best 45 minutes of my trip.
