Very old and run down. They are fixing some rooms but it needs to be completed gutted. Carpet had bad stains, the bed had stains on the side of them. I had to switch to another room as the one they gave me had a dirty floor. The room they replaced it with had this huge stain on the floor and a very noisy refrigerator. Staff was nice but this place needs everything replaced and a new coat of paint. I would not stay here again

Staff was very rude!!!! I didn’t expect much since it was cheap but as rude as they were I would absolutely not ever recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!

Booked here because it was the only one available for fair weekend. Price was okay considering the fair weekend but wouldn’t have pay that much otherwise. Hotel was clean. It’s old and outdated but the rooms and hallways were clean. Staff was very nice though. I think it’s family run and they were very nice. Pool and hot tub on site so that was nice for the kids. Manager found them some toys which was pretty nice oh him. Again staff was great. There is a restaurant very close with good breakfast.

Lets start off with I hate giving bad reviews but in this case it is earned. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at while traveling for work. Lets start of by saying the counter staff at check in was rude with the exception of the night clerk he was nice and polite. The day staff seemed annoyed that I was ✔️ ng in. The AC was super loud when the fan cycled on every ten minutes and I mean LOUD! I usually sleep in a 70 degree in my room at night at my house so I am used to AC noise but this was ridiculous. And at 68 on thermostat I was sweating I don't think it worked properly. I even recorded the AC noise and my wife was like did you get any sleep with that noise. After my horrible sleep when I was ready for my morning coffee I went down to the dining room they had coffee on, I went to pour a cup and it smelled very strong like it had been there a long while. When I went to pour my cup it had chunks in the bottom of the pot from being on the burner forever. I believe it was the same coffee that was on at my check in the evening before. When I went to check out the staff was bothered by my presence like he had something better to do. I would pay the extra few bucks and stay elsewhere. I will be going back to that town for work next week and I have found other accomodations for my stay.

Our room wasn't clean, the tub had hair in it, the toilet was broke and there was hair hanging from the towel rack. The bartender wouldn't let my boyfriend play darts until her and her friend were done with another game they just started. We left and went another establishment. Plus, when I made the reservation online, it wasn't the hotel I wanted. The site is completely bogus!

Very friendly staff. They could update their beds they are not comfortable. And we was staying there for the hot tub mainly but it was not hot at all other then that its a great place very affordable we got 2 rooms it was my sons birthday.

I always enjoy my stay with this hotel. My kids also enjoy their time at this establishment as well. They love the pool and the little vending machines. The staff is always so friendly.

Staff was GREAT!! The only issue was the fact that i was awakened by a gentleman screaming (police and an ambulance came out) and there was no comp at all (i.e. a discount or free night). I would recommend them as the prices are fair and the staff being so nice.

The property is very old. It was quiet and the bed was decent for it’s age, but everything is very dated. The price was very reasonable, though, so we weren’t too surprised or put out. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay this will do just fine.

I think the property was unclean blood or something on the curtains, paint bulging in places, old stuff and most importantly the beds suck,very old and very uncomfortable. Would not stay there again until some changes were made.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great venue for a one night stop - close to a good restaurant with 10% discount. Only difficulty we experienced was that the GPS didn’t recognize the address. A new highway. We found it okay with Google Maps when stopping at McDonalds.

The location is good, right off the highway. The pool and hot tub are good. The room is in very run down condition. The bed and pillows are not comfortable.

It was O.K. But the place is dark, soft furnishings are out of date and old and multiple electrical wires hang from the outlets. Safety is questionable. Lighting is poor in all ars we were in.

During breakfast, the staff was on her cell phone talking the entire time we were eating. Very annoying.

This is obviously an old hotel in need of a complete makeover. The room felt like a prison. Beds were terrible and sheets were stained. Toilet was broke until I fixed it. Towels were so old, it would be no problem poking your finger through them. Even though I booked it online and would not have received a refund, we should have left and stayed at one of the several other newer properties in Minot. Lesson learned. Cheaper is not better, or even good enough!
