Hôtel très bien situé et propre (comme partout au Japon). Mais chambres vraiment extrêmement petites (impossibilité de déposer les valises) et petit déjeuner vraiment pauvre. Par ailleurs le personnel est peu anglophone et peu disposé à répondre à nos questions (comment aller à l’aéroport, combien coute un billet de bus...des questions simples pourtant). Je pense qu’au même prix, on peut trouver mieux.

Stayed with a friend for two nights. Small room with a small, uncomfortable bed. Very noisy. The bathroom however was nice. Breakfast was free, which suited our budget, but as for variety and quality it was so-so. Nice and polite staff, they were all very helpful. Really good neighborhood, everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance (most importantly Hiroshima Station and Peace Memorial Park). I would most likely not stay here again, but this was a good choice considering our budget, short stay and location. So if you're going just for a day or two it might be worth it.

Room and hotel is quite good. Staff are helpful. While the sheets on the bed and the rest of the hotel appeared clean, the duvet cover on bed had stains on it, so did not look clean. The breakfast labels allergies of dairy, eggs and gluten. However they do not label what foods contain meat or fish. This makes it very difficult. There is a free drinks machine in lobby with juice and soda which is nice. Although some of the drinks contain milk and are not labelled as such.

Large queen bed, AC was lacking. Hot breakfast each morning.

I really liked this hotel, it was simple but really nice. Good location, walkable to all the attractions. They have free breakfast, it was a surprise. And staff are really nice.

Hotel is well situated for visiting the Peace Memorial area. The hot pool was small but clean and enjoyabl with sauna. The hotel itself is outdated, quite cramped and very basic.

The onsen at the property was great and the free breakfast had plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s also in a great location!

Good location and nice breakfast. Room was big but very cold, aircon didn’t help unfortunately. For the cleaning staffs best i would like to advise you to install poo-brushes in the bathroom - it felt really unpolite to leave brown marks in the toilet but we had no choice... ;)

Stayed at this hotel in late October 2018. Location is good, not too far from the Hatchobori tram stop. Also not too far from the Maple Loop bus stops. Breakfast opened at 5:00AM which was nice, since it gave us time for an early start. Variety of breakfast items which were tasty. Drinks in the lobby was nice at all times of the day. Public Bath was nice. Did not use the coin laundry, since it was always being used when I went down to take a look. Employees were friendly enough. I did not have any trouble communicating with them in English. Overall I would stay here again.

Great hotel. About 10/15 mins walk from the station, the castle and the peace park. There's a tram stop outside too. It's easy to find as well. The view from our room was good. The washing service is brilliant, clean and dry clothes within an hour and a half. Staff were lovely and when we arrived early they stored our bags while we went out for a bit.

Its a very nice hotel, the free laundry and drinks services are really a plus! Just be aware that, as its free, there might be a few people for the laundry but just go to the public bathroom in front of it, its really relaxing! The rooms are clean and if a good enough size as well.

The hotel offers free drinks 24 hours plus free breakfast. Close to the city centre and15 min walk from train station. Public bath is small but another goo thing about this reasonably priced hotel.

No frills boutique style hotel with all you need in a convenient location. Staff very friendly, good breakfast. There was some construction next door but we were out when this was happening so not a problem. The tour buses (included with JR passes) stopped about 5 minutes away providing great access to the Peace Park and Atomic bomb dome, plus others. If visiting Miyajima Island (highly recommended) take the train from the train station to the port and catch the JR ferry - all free with pass.

The hotel is not too far using the streetcar and a few mins walk. The hotel signage is not big so you might miss it. The rooms are probably standard Japanese sizes so quite small. The clientele seems to be business people. It was great to have breakfast included and non-alcoholic drinks available 24-7. For a short stay in Hiroshima, it’s good esp as the Hiroshima Museum and Peace park are within reasonable walking distance.

Situated a short walk from the train station and all the major attractions. Free breakfast and laundry machines. Rooms were good size and very clean. No complaints.

We stayed in four different hotels in Japan and out of the 4 hotels, this is my no.1 hotel. Firstly because of the onsen and sauna it provides. 24 hour drinks is a marvellous idea. Everything is perfect. The bed is so comfortable. Highly recommend the place.

The hotel is located not too far from bus stops to go to Hiroshima Station and Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. The buses come frequently as well. We loved the room! Everything is clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that the room is very small and the bed is also small. They provide us with everything we'll need: slippers, sleeping robes, toiletries, hair dryer, etc. The thing that we loved the most is the staff! Everyone that we met is very polite, kind, nice and professional. They let us borrow their umbrellas too. On the second day, I needed to make a call to a transportation company, but since I don't speak Japanese, I asked the receptionist to help me. He went above and beyond to help us and made sure that we were able to get what we needed. Keep up the amazing work! We'll definitely recommend your hotel to our friends!
